I've never met you, and have only heard of you today, but It's good to see you nevertheless!
I'm looking forward to many good games together when the opportunity arises, and wish you many happy reunions!

Topic: Midland Turmoil
Subject: The Benevolent Cleric

The red-haired Midlander approached the gates of the impressive city of Far Reach and smiled at the guards. A large one dressed in a combination of plate and chain armour approached him and requested his motives. The Midlander presented a small silver pendant hanging around his neck and introduced himself:

"My name is Pardoner Amastus. I've come from the grasslands in the west to seek new employment here in Far Reach as a member of the Silver Qlergy, whom I have made my living with."

The guard examined the pendant and arched an eyebrow. "Silver Qlergy... you're going on an adventure, right? We in Far Reach could always use priests like you."

"Well, I didn't necessarily say I was going on an adventure. My activity in the Qlergy, as you may know, was of healing the wounded, and I desire to continue that profession here in Far Reach for the good of our people... specifically, the Forsworn."

The guard nodded as the cleric placed his pendant back upon the front of his cloak. "Well, you're supporting a good cause, son. Go on through."

"Thank you, my good man." Pardoner Amastus smiled and continued on his way.

With your background experience, you'll fit right in, good sir!
Hope you enjoy your stay in the asylum with the rest of us innmates, and I hope to see you in the games someday soon.

I wish you many warm welcomes!

Subject: No preference

Either would sound terrific. The only class I've ever played is an ordinary human, so I'm willing to try anything.

This is so stupidly entertaining I cannot forgive you. I'll go to bed tonight and have the most incredible dreams tonight...

Subject: Definitely!

Count me in Kriea!
I've been fortunate to be introduced to WOD as my first RP experience. I'd be more than happy to play.

If you need anybody for sure, I can definitely lend a hand. If not, then that's all right too.
I'm very new at role-playing, though. If somebody else who is more skilled than me wants to play, then go ahead with him/her.

Where did your dad find this music? It's really quite neat stuff. I loved the second one, Brass Goggles.
Might check out more of their music sometime later...

Although I don't RP with you, I'd like to add my two bits.
Keep your head held high; those are some pretty unfortunate circumstances you've got yourself caught up in! I'm glad you've been doing well in your job, and that you have a roof over your head. Don't get discouraged when it looks bad. As for us, we're always patient.

I hope things improve with you soon, Kriea dear!

Topic: The Skill Check Game
Subject: Incredible success!

You approach the merchants again as they roll out the mortifying red carpet at your feet and eye your wallet greedily with your hands balled into fists and a determined gleam in your eye. As the Christmas merchant at Loblaws hands you a blank check, you seize the table and flip it over, replacing it with an enormous, burning contract requiring your elimination from that horrid list before you bring your angry, hungry horde of fire-breathing dragons to deal with the situation personally.
The signatures are compiled as the merchants tremble in mortal terror of your awesome individuality. With a satisfied smirk, you take the contract from them in your fireproof hands hand leave just like that.

Oh, and you also sell back all that junk you've been buying for twice as much as you had to pay for. Well done!

I roll an intelligence check to see if I can understand tomorrow's Pre-Calculus assignments.

Does anybody here watch Roosterteeth's Red vs Blue?
I quite enjoy the plot and characters, and am looking very forward to their new season in 2013!

It's been a mite dry, hasn't it?

Have you considered trying to become a DM/GM?
I've been thinking about doing just that someday; of course, I've only role-played once, but I'm looking around for proper advice and conduct.
Fortunately, my period of boredom will come to a halt soon enough; SirSadaar is setting up a Trando merc character for me in his SW campaign, so that will pick things up a bit.

You approach the merchants and lay your demands upon the table, but they laugh loudly in your face and force you to buy everything they own... for every holiday they know... too early... all at exorbitant prices.
Embarrassingly, you go on their VIP list in the process!

I roll a stamina check for my 4k run in Phys Ed.

I thought it was real, too; I was tempted to look it up on Wikipedia or something, until I looked really close and realized that it was purely animation...
Man was I thrown for a loop. It was shocking!

Subject: Well in agreement!

I love Animusic!
The animation itself is stunning, but the real attraction of it, in my opinion, is the flawless time it keeps with the music at the same time. Nothing is skipped; everything is just right on key.
It's good to know that other people like this music so much!

Subject: I know this thread has been dead for months, but...

First character I ever created was in World of Darkness in a zombie apocalypse set up by Kamina in real life. We're still playing that, ehehe... grody I'm so new.
My character's name is Dr. Grim, and he was a clinician with Intelligence, Social, and Physical stats in order highest to lowest.
I love him too much; our game is just hilarious.

I am so sorry for your loss, fellow innmate.

No good man deserves to be taken so early. I'm sure your uncle was a truly fantastic individual who was kind, generous, and really looked out for you in your times of strife!
Keep your head held high, good sir; may those who remember him remember him well, and I wish the best for you and others close to him.

Unless I'm reading that message in green as finished, I'm quite interested in seeing this game going up. Is it like WoD, or something completely your own? And, will you be GMing?

Hullo, and curiosity:

If not, then that's fine too.
