Topic: Getting to know you
Subject: Well, I answered this in another thread, but

HARRY POTTER turned me from the worst reader in my class to the best reader who could remember everything down to the last detail in my second grade class...
i didn't read LOTR until 4th grade
still, HP sort of triggered the english side of me into action, and since then my academic life flipped
and i decided that math wasn't that great after all and instead put all my effort into the GREAT ESSAY of english and expos...
now, i try to balance it out

Most inspirational:
Lord of the Rings- you got some of the greatest battles in history there
The Goose Girl and Enna Burning- i don't know if you guys have read these, but they're really good
Eragon- made me realize "if i want to make the guiness world book of records for youngest writer of a bestseller, then i have got to beat this guy" (i still have 6 years... we'll see if i make it or not)

after harry potter 7 there WILL be no more harry potter...
*weeps*
note: harry potter was the series that initially made me like reading (then writing, thus why I am here) in second grade when i had a race with my cousin to see who could read up to the fourth book first (book five didn't come out until either 4th or 5th grade)
*bows*
thus i owe j.k.rowling my deepest gratitude

oh and Carey-
i am part of the anti-subject protest and detest inventing subjects, so i just randomly jab at the keyboard with my left hand while reaching for the mouse with my right
so that i can submit a post sufficiently in the least amount of time as possible and most of the time it comes out as bathwarhawew... and grugg keeps thinking it says "bathware" (i think that was the morphing game or corrupt a wish or the ^

i don't think so... grugg hugs are a bit gruggy...
and they can't be transmitted from Canada to everywhere else in the world... unless you invent a satellite that transmites electro-static repulsion...
(and now here comes ryst with the contradictory statement)
