Topic: yet another movie thread...
Subject: Pirates

I saw Spiderman 3 and wasn't thrilled by it. My take, it had it's moments, but overall it was lacking something.

I saw Pirates during the premiere showings. I will see it again. It was a very funny movie. The only possible complaint, not enough action. I personally think it had more twists than an M. Night Shamalan movie.

Topic: most unusual/thrilling end to a campaign...
Subject: Campaign

This is also my least favorite character death and was my first ever campaign. I had an idea for this character and made the "crazy" elf the leader of this group. He acted as the guide while they explored a dream tower to an ancient god. While in the tower, the other elf (druid/rogue I believe) smarted off at the guy by calling him small. Bad move. The god became vengeful, and fearing death, my character ran. At the same time as he ran out the door Gilgamesh, his chosen god, appeared and drove a scythe through my character, no saving throw or anything. I have yet to figure out if that was because I ran from a god, or left skid marks from the run.

As my ranger/cleric was acting as guide and no one else could read the map he had, they had to end the game.

The bad part about it. My character was a multiclass ranger/cleric. And his god was Gilgamesh. Guess it was punishment for running. Or for crapping himself.

Ok. I recently, within the year, started table-top RP. I was beginning to get into this game that I helped create. So I used my Forest of Gilgamesh and gave all of my info to the DM and helped him make the map. We're going through the game, all about lvl. 15-19. As we're going we enter into a large, dream tower that is the home of one of the mortal gods. Well, while we're there one of my best friends, playing a smart-mouth elf. He smarted off to the god and eventhough my character had a medallion showing he followed Gilgamesh, the god was pissy.

We had to fight, and just because he was a god, we were no match for him. And when he attacked I ran. But when I ran out the door of the tower I was attacked by Gilgamesh and killed by a scythe.

I was the onl one to die too.

Club Soda Chugging. First one to belch up a lung wins.

Walking on bed of coals. While soaked in rocket oil.
