I won't lie to you. I had been watching a lot of Heroes up until I finished my exams and that is pretty much what I'm aiming for. Earth effecting events will also be a part of the game, as well as religious matters.

I won't be going into any kind of details, though, but I hope you will find this as interesting as I do

By the way, all the positions are now taken. The recruitment officially ends now unless some of you back out for any reason. The game will start as soon as all the characters are ready and acceptable for the game.

Good stuff!

I’ve never actually seen an episode of Heroes… but I guess it’s just a Wikipedia search away.

What I meant was do you want say, a group of characters who all have a reason to fight crime in Chicago? Or who are all going to be paranoid about the US government?

From your opening post I’m guessing that you’ve got a fairly strong idea about where we’re going with this game. It could just be handy to know broadly the sort of campaign that you’ve got in mind so that we can all design characters that suit the sort of game you’d like to run. I’m not asking for any spoilers.

well then

The game starts pretty much at point zero. You, as in characters, have no idea what is going on. Hints will be presented to you through the game about what is happening. This may be something inherited, it may be the water, or perhaps the doctor you visited last week did this to you. You have no idea.

The "why me?" question may spring to mind. So far you have lived pretty normal lives. Some of you live in the suburbs, work in the postal office and doing the same lousy jobs for years. Some of you are frequent faces of the tabloids, politicians, celebrities even. Some of you may be alchoholics, spending your lives in a hole you call home after an accident made you unable to work. You may be young or old, thin or fat, black or white. Whatever you are, you are not one of a kind. If you are lucky, there are still hundreds of people out there that are living just like you and perhaps are better than you.

You are the average Jane or Joe who has been given great power. You don't know why or how. It just is.

And on that note...

please remember:

Just saying...

asdfd

Moments before this game starts, a mysterious stranger went about killing all our uncles when we had the chance to stop them in a previous, seemingly innocent incident. There, mystery of power creation solved.
