Snore?

Only when I'm ill. Although I'm told I talk in my sleep sometimes.

25

I was once, but no longer.

Question: What's the largest and smallest tip you've ever left? (Zero doesn't count)

LOL

$10.00 which actually turned out to be $20.00 cuz my brother in law had already left a $10.00 tip and I didn't know until we were on our way home. We got a BIG laugh outta that one.

The smallest was $1.00 but ONLY after I went back to the table and took back the other 3 my hubby had left while I wasn't looking.

I'm usually a good tipper especially if the service is good and around Christmas time when I will occasionally leave $20.00 just to brighten an overworked waiter/tress' day Everyone can use more money during the Holidays

I would be an Owl. Always watching from the distance.

Tips

BEST: A friend of mine and I once had dinner downtown. It was a chaotic night, we were growing boys and we ordered dinner, ate them, ordered another set of dinner because we were still hungry, then ordered appetizers, then ordered deserts. All the while the waiter was good to us and kept a cool attitude. Well, the table beside us left without leaving a tip. Naturally our waiter was peeved and we were so infuriated that we gave a 100% tip on a $60 bill. We stood outside waiting for the waiter to come get it, and when he did, he looked up in surprise, and we waved goodbye.

WORST: When to a restaurant. Server was slow, food was luke warm, when we ordered desserts, we got the wrong ones and the waitress asked us to just take the ones she brought. We left a subway token and a note suggesting she get one of town.

Nah...as long as you give what you feel the service was worth you're not cheap. I don't tip $10-$20 on a regualr basis. I usually do the 15% thing.

One time my father in law laid $10.00 on the table and told the waitress it was her tip before we even ordered and he would take a portion away for everything that did not meet his expectations. Amazingly enough she took the entire 10. she taught him a lesson

let's see

the largiest tip i've left was a 20.00 for a 5.00 meal
and the smalliest was 0.03 cents, the sevice was really bad and the food was terriable. one cent was for my time wasted waiting. the second for the waitresses terrible manners and (she was very rude and gave me the wong order and when i brought it to her attetion she said so sue me and the manager was supposedly out for the day)the final one was for the common cents she lacked. i know i can be mean but she really deserved it.the worst part was the resurant wasn't busy. i was the only customer and now i know why.
