Hmmmm. I can only see an unfocused brown, tan, and green ground and the black motifs you used for the buildings are bearly visible. It look me 3 minutes and a magnifying glass to see the words Inn and Barn. Can you enhance that map---please.

Where are we in relationship to the map? Where is the shooting coming from

Perhaps your screen resolution is too high or something. I have enhanced the map, and put up where you are coming from (labeled), and where the shooting is coming from (stars). You can't see actual goblins or whatever, but you can hear them. You are about 100 feet away from the village right now.

The colours in the background don't even matter that much, but the green is pretty much where the forest starts, and the browns are soggy dirt grounds.

This is as big as I'm making this map, and I think it's perfectly understandable. Besides, if I make it bigger, Olan is going to complain about using up too much bandwidth.

I have an idea as a distracgtion. Draven can wear the ring of magehand, and use the light source magical thing we have. Draven can use the mage hand ring to make the little light source thing float around the room. Maybe that could get the bears attention. Who knows, maybe you can use the ring to toss other stuff around. isnt it a 15 lb. limit?

Yes I could do that also. I prefure visual distractions to sound anyways. Infact I was hoping to have Ghost Sound, but I seem to have neglected it.

As Geim's new player I do not know what items may be available for him to use, if he is in the group that has unclaimed items. If he is, what are the items?

Geim has all the items that are on his character sheet.

The extra items that are yet undivided are in the first post of this Q/A, under the label "Group Cash".
Please note that Geim has not been with the party THAT long, and any claims on items gained before their meeting might seem strange. Or not, depending on how the party wishes to react.

I may or may not be able to post next week. The apartment is being lent to some relatives so I won't have access to my own computer for a week. I will probably be able to post the week after that though.

well, there were only two posts, and that's not nearly enough to continue the fight with the bears. I will not update for the main group, but I WILL next week, posts or not. No post means no action, and that can work out pretty nasty.

Since only Dragon Mistress and Vesper posted and nobody except for Skari left any kind of message, I'll reward the three with 50 bonus XP. It's not much, but eventually it will make a difference.

Tann, you only get one shot, but you are able to fight with a longswords and a shortsword. In a few levels (perhaps even next, I'm not sure atm) you'll be able to give it two shots
