Red Star Tolly

“What do you mean you do not know where it is” With a worried look on his face, Tolly sighs.

“I know Blagh will be furious when he finds out I have not got it but I know you took it and I swear if I go down I will take you with me.”

“What do you mean you know longer have the Red Star, you took it, stole it in fact and now you say you do not have it. Where is it?”

“Talakan, you sold it to Talakan. Shoot me know why don’t you. Let Morodon have mercy on my soul. Well you better get it back.” Tolly was getting more worried.

“What do you mean I’ve got to get it? Talakan knows its mine and knows I’m the only one who can use it; I do not understand why he would want it.”

“He wants me to get it, why?”

“Quest, I do not do quests who does he think I am some brain dead whore humping lets slay anything in sight barbarian. No I am not cut out for quests.”

“What do you mean I’ve only seven days to retrieve it?”

“No, that is not possible?” Tolly was now fearful of a full blown anxiety attack

“The Birthday Massacre, yeah I know it. But why would I get help there, who in there right mind who go on a quest with me.”

“Gee thanks for your support” Trying to deep breath he looks back,

“Ok you can stop laughing now, thank you!” And with that Tolly made his way to the alley towards Birthday Massacre Inn.

Well I guess your wanting to know what going on and I suppose a little information not going to harm at this stage. You see our friend here Tolly is a bit of a loner and does not really or have much of a life. He has few friends well his only friend is a Red Star. What it is or does is not of importance just yet but what you need to know is that in seven days if Tolly does not retrieve his friend then it is the end of him, no more Tolly. Oh I know; why should anyone really care, why do you get up in the morning, should I choose the red pill or the blue pill it is all irrelevant really. How Tolly lost the Red Star I hear you ask? Well you can ask him yourself. Oh, here we go look he is standing outside the inn now. Until next time.
Tolly stood took a deep breath and entered the inn. Standing out like a fish out of water he swiftly made his way to the bar. He was not an inn sort of person; his only previous experience was his rights to manhood drink with his father. It was not a pleasant event. He asked the barman where he could find a few volunteers for a seven day quest. The barman grunted, laughed, scratched his beard, laughed some more before finally grunting in the direction of a darkened corner table where several sad pathetic looking individuals sat. I suppose he was glad the barman did not announce his quest to the whole inn but he also knew by time he left the whole inn would know of his business and join the barman in mocking his request.

Walking over to the table he coughed politely to draw attention before speaking.

“Worthy adventurers, I am seeking some companions to go on a quest. It will not take more than seven days and I can assure a handsome return for your effort?” The return he thought, better make it worthy. As long as they do not ask for anything upfront he could ensure a substantial reward.

“Well what do you think?” Tolly stood trying to hide his nervousness as he became increasing aware of other in the inn taking an interest in him. He could only hope one or two of those he pleaded too would at least acknowledge him.
