Welcome. Ostia then Fyn..okay, got it.

Altadys got up from the ground quickly, nodded her head at the princess, then turned to walk out of the tent. She wasn't fully sure of this, but again, it was the only option.

On the road again...

Altadys takes her leave of the princess, and gathers her possessions from the makeshift hospital. Slinging her bow over her back, and strapping her sword to her hip, and donning her armour. Slinging her pack over another shoulder, and her coin purse to her hip on the opposite side of her sword, she takes off. Walking to the gate, she is surprised to see Minwu there. Minwu produces a scroll from his robes, and hands it to Altadys. Upon inspection, she finds it is a map of the surrounding area. She notices that Pherae isn't on the map. But Fynn and Ostia are, and there is a rough circle drawn on. Minwu explains Altair was made just after the coup, so it is only shown by the circle. With kinda words, and a blessing from Pelor, Minwu sends Altadys on her way.

The trail to Ostia is calm and quiet, with the only interruptions being a couple small mammals, such as rabbits and weasels, as well as the odd herd of deer. However, nothing seems to be strange and out of the ordinary.

As the sun begins to set, the town of Ostia comes into view. While a few strange looks are cast your way, nobody takes any unnecessary action. Spending one gold piece, you are able to get a good room, and a hot meal.

The night, however, gives way to strange dreams. A lone man in black armour, blue hair, piercing black eyes. A wicked looking scimitar stood in his hand, staring at you, smiling. He never speaks, nor makes any gestures towards you in any way to attack you. He just stares at you. However, after what seemed to be an eternity, the arm holding his sword raises and points at you.

At that point, Altadys wakes. That man - whoever he was - was an image burned into Altadys' mind. Was it someone that would be in the future? Or was it someone who she knew in the past which she could not remember? Gathering her possessions again, and these questions flitting about her mind.

The travel from Ostia to Fynn is very different. There are no animals to distract you. The world seems very quiet - almost too quiet. This gives you plenty of time for the image of that man to haunt you.

But after a climb up a hill, you see what must be the city of Fynn. A large, multi leveled city surrounded by stone walls that must be as tall as 20 men, with towers all along the building mean for a very well defended city. It looks like the only way inside the city is through the main gate... but that might be suicide.

Looking to either side of the city, you notice a rough, natural cliff face on either side. It may be climbable, but that would require further inspection.

Your keen eyes also spot what appears to be a patrol. They wear heavy black cloaks, and black armour and helmets, with swords on their sides. Perhaps if you could catch one alone, and take his clothing, you might stand a chance of fitting in.

Either way, you are getting inside this city. The princess wants to know about her father, and has asked you to do so. It is up to you now. With the image of the man still haunting her, Altadys has to think about what to do.

Okiiiiiiie what t'do

Altadys was given a map and a prayer for her travel to Ostia then Fynn, not expecting it to all go so smoothly. Those strangers, one being a princess, really did depend on her. So she stopped in Ostia first as a halfway point and got a good meal and room. The next day, heading towards Fynn, Altadys kept recalling the most bizarre dream she has ever had in her sleep. A blue-haired knight it seemed, with black armor and a scimitar, appeared over her and pointed his sword at her. From the start to the end of her dream, the silent man never made a single motion to attack her. His image kept Altadys questioning whether if it was just a weird dream or an omen. He had never seen the person before.

Altadys raised a clawed hand to her brow, looking across the field and to the great city of Fynn. According to the map, she had made it. But, she had realized some well-armed men guarding the obvious front gate. She saw cliffsides side by the city the city, and towering walls surrounding it. Already, the raptoran was a little intimidated. She had to find the father no matter what, even if it meant sneaking in. Second thought, that might've been the only safest option.

Should I wait until nightfall?
