Easy? Who wants that?

Life isnt easy, and nothing is ever a push-over so why should our characters be any different?

I dont mind the challenge and even if the character dies, so what? It is just a character; death is seldom permanant in these adventures. I mean look Maggot died and now here he stands in all his naked glory!

So I welcome the challenge, and if my character dies in a glorious battle then that is the way he would have wanted to go out. Gives me a chance to explore further adventures maybe with a new character.

So bring it on DM! Give me your best shot; all you can do is kill me!

Quick question

Can Sirene reach Cor and pour a potion down his throat?

More importantly, would a potion of extra healing rouse Cor from his slumber? (I'm assuming he took subdual damage or something along those line).

PS. Judging by the damage sone to Althena, it seems that Sirene rolled quite poorly on her fireball. Still, hopefully, the 3 goons that were affected all failed their saves.

I forgot to add the fireball damage to her, was so involved with getting the map up I totally forgot her.

As for the minions yeah they took some damage after they made thier saves and 1-2 had help in staying healthy..................


As for reaching Cor that would take a full move making that your action for the round. Pouring the potion down his throat would then happen on your next round as your next action. However as to his present status, using the potion would heal him and give him a better chance to regain consciousness through a new system shock roll. If successful he could then come awake and gain a half action. So 1 round to move to him, 1 round to pour which would be two rounds anyway as he would the recover on the third round which he will do without help and gain a full action.

Right now you and Rayne are the only real healers till Cor is back up, keep that in mind as you look to the character hit points

Is haste still up?

So I'm assuming the haste spell Sirene cast has dissipated now?

Can Sirene drink a potion herself while moving to Cor (or close to Cor)?

As for healing, with the characters so spread out no one should expect immediate relief. I pointed out before that everyone has some form of healing on them except Kenji (potions and/or lay on hands), so may a use of them.

Haste and Giantism

Yes, please let us know how many more rounds do we have of haste and how much longer will Kenji be this size?

Working on my post but this info will be useful especially if any of these effects are going to wear off this round.

haste

haste is normally one round per caster level

enlarge should be about 1 minute per caster level with 10 combat rounds per minute

Clarifaction

Actually Enlarge is 5 rds per Caster LvL so with Ulthok being an LvL 11 Mage that’s 55 rds or 5½ minutes.

As for Haste it lasts for 3 rds +1/rd per lvl so with Sirene being an LvL 12 Mage the spell will last 15 rds. As we are only in rd 7 that still gives everyone but Maggot and Cor 8 rds.

another question

Since Kenji was knocked back 5 yds, shouldnt the guy with him be seperated from him by that amount? I mean we moved into each other and attacked and then he knocked Kenji back and then he cant move again to close with him yet, not until this round right? So there should be a seperation there. Correct?

Fast Week...

wow has this week shot past.

I'll get a post soon, the actions well be pretty much the same as I had planned. It appears that Cor is out of danger but we never know.

Offensive spells?

Kyle, Maggot may not be able to do much with his weapon, but if he positions himself correctly, he can zap a lightning bolt through two or more opponents!

And, some monster summoning/summon shadows could be useful from Ulthok.
