First day of seventh grade.....

Well, today was the first day of 7th grade and it went rather well. Everything was nice except for the mean kids who mighgt not get anywhere in life always bothering me just because I'm not as cool as them (but I'mtill friends with almost everyone in my grade). It's really irritating, but I just ignore them and life goes on. It's going to be a pain getting up early again (probably the worst part lol) and having less time dedicated to the inn. I'll still check up on it most everyday and I'll do what I can but I'll be cluttered with homework and personal biz so I wont be able to dedicate as much time to the Inn, but I have a streak of never missing a day at the inn yet so I shall try to uphold that! Is anyone else just starting school?

Seventh Grade?

Gee when I went it was VII grade, sounds the same though.
My best advice about bothersome kids at school is to remember that they will be out of your life when they or you graduate. If you show them they bother you then they will continue to do it. It's not fun if it doesn't get a reaction out of you. So enjoy your friends, use school as a tool to help you get rich by learning all you can.

fries with that

Just keep in mind - all those bothersome kids will grow up to become McDonald's managers - and poor ones at that.

7th Grade!!!

Dude, I have socks older than you! And I only have vague recollections of 7th grade (and art teacher named Mr Jenkins and a hot chick named Heather, mostly)...

Anyway, take care of your priorities, man... School and that other RL stuff has got to come first, the Inn will be here when you get the free minutes to check in and we won't begrudge you too much if you fall off a little... happens to all of us now and again, donchaknow? You might wanna check in on the Zombie game, though... Jake's not looking so good, atm... *winkwinknudgenudge*

Best of luck in the new school year, kiddo.

7th grade

Well I hated 7th grade. I only had three friends and we all sat at a table playing Magic the Gathering and DnD. So needless to say i was the closest thing to the kid wearing a cape to school everyday as there was. I can't remember how many times i got pantsed. But like things were said earlier. Grin and bear it. once you get to highschool it all changes the jocks stick to being with the preps and even the nerds get their own special section. And Once you get to college the nerds actually reign supreme. (at least at my college we do) we have our own room to ourselves big screen TV couches and specialized tables for DnD and card trading games. just hang in there and note that the Inn is always here for a cheap laugh and a good zombie to beat in when you've had a bad day.

Appreciate it

I appreciate it everyone! Especially Odyson, I'd never thought about not letting them get satisfaction out of picking on me. I'll try that from now on. Thanks everyone!
