Translation made easy.

Just assume half of it is swears and the other half is drunken ramblings.

o' da drunk'n chat game 'o darts t'was somtin ta see

Ahem. It can be interesting to look at our speech, what with the varying races, backgrounds, and accents. There's a drastic difference between Khash's speech, Braydyn's veiled attempt at sea-speak, and the villian(s) I'll be playing later.

Yar

No kidding on the writing it isn't easy. D: I am still having some trouble reading it. Luckily Jesse was raised on the docks not the sea, so he understands it well enough, but so far only speaks a bit like them crazy sailors.

and here be a place for ye to be startin:

Talk like a Scoundrelous Pirate
And of course the Pirate Guys for Talk Like A Pirate Day are an excellent source.

Abandon all hope

Ever beaten yourself up before?

I really wish I had gotten in more fights when I was a kid. Would be most helpful now.

And yes, he did just get his arse handed to him over a grand total of two coppers.

"Scrappy"... Hehehe...

...yeah, that's a good word for it. *winks*

Let's just say I've had my fair share of fights... more than I care to remember, actually, and, to be honest, some that I don't.

Hoping to have a reaction for you (Jericho-wise, at least) before too much longer... I'll get the meeting with Bobo wrapped, get the brothers Hawkes and their errant halfling companion moving back toward the ship and, unless something happens between now and then, I'll wrap the post up with Jesse's "introduction".

Indeed Scrappy

I used to get in trouble cuz when I did fight I didn't fight like a girl. They'd be clawing and pulling hair and I'd be throwing punches like my older siblings taught me to.

Poor Khash was already hurting a bit it seemed like. Then to have Jesse crash into him.

Tis a day for brawling it seems.

oh?

'Poor Khash' be a solid wall of half-orc.

More likely, Jesse's poor nose took the worse of the impact.
