National Novel Writing Month

Well a friend from HS tipped me off on this and while some of you might have heard about it already it was new to me so I thought I would share it (maybe it will be new to some of you as well).

It seems that November is National Novel Writing Month! Whoo! And who doesn't want to write a novel, especially around here?

Well there is this nifty (and free) site where you can sign up and they send you all kinds of humorous inspirational stuff and let you post up your current word count and such online to compete with other wanna-be-novelists. It looks like they also have other types of support available too. I'm just looking around myself, but hey if you might be interested in writing with me in November here is the site:

http://www.nanowrimo.org/

I'm Merideth there as well so I won't be hard to find if you want to be my friend there too!

M.

maybe

I could use this to kick my butt into gear. I have enough novels in my mind to be sure.

Added myself as Alacrity17 if anyone is interested in buddies.
