Ok Football lovers everywhere, welcome to the Inn’s 2011 NFL season thread, hosted by yours truly. Here we can discuss all things football and hopefully have fun while we do it. Whether you’re a Cowboys fan, like me , or a Patriots fan, or a fan of any of the other 30 teams, feel free to post your thoughts here but remember to be nice about it. A little ribbing and teasing is allowed of course, but no cussing, foul mouthed tirades or personal insults will be tolerated by me or the staff.

So to start the thread off all I have to say is WOW what an off season huh The Lockout, a short free agent sighing period, and a good chance of at one point of no football at all this year. I’m just glad that this year we have a season at all.

Also did anyone watch the Thursday night game between the Packers and Saints? Let’s hear it for the rookies! After watching Sproles of the Saints return a kick for a TD and then Cobb of Green Bay run the ball 108 yards back for a TD all you can say is WOW just WOW . Hell of a good start to what should be a good season.

So at 12pm Central time, 1pm Eastern Time, 11am Mountain Time and 10am Pacific Time let the madness commence!

Been ready... football is one of the few sports that I enjoy watching... played in highschool and loved it my whole life...

My only downer is the annoucement of my 'Guy' not going to be starting.... I'm talking about Peyton Manning... the Colts are lost for the season I think... I like Kerry Collins.. but he is not Peyton...

Show you how much my family loves the Colts... my daughter named my first granddaughter Peyton

But in any case got plenty of games to watch... where I am planted right now... waiting on the games... the one thing I look forward to getting me through this day...

So if can still say Go Colts!!! But I will still cheer for other teasm... Go Green Bay! Go Vikings!

Oh and before I forget... BOOOOO Cowboys!

Good game till the end thought we might pull it out but when you lose damn near half your good corners and make stupid mistakes gonna be hard to stop a team like the Jets.
Well good news there's still 15 games left

Well Yeolde must still be rooting for them Lions as they just beat the Cowboys up in the 4th quarter to come back from a 20-3 halftime deficit to win 34-30.
