Hehehe!

That would be just a wee bit disconcerting, wouldn't it? Especially for those non-cleric types that never really expect to hear from their deities...

Also... hooray for "Breaking the Fourth" Wednesdays!!! Floyd and BtF all in one day! I can hardly stand it.

in our game...

...Lia was stunned for another four rounds after her encounter with her deity. (failed Will save for Divine Presence) Really really didn't expect it.

PS ~ Don't try to fool your deity into thinking your shortcomings are actually your weapons fault. Not the best of plans.
(and I definitely just stole that to put as my DM tip. My issue is I'm not generally awake enough for good text when it first goes up. Maybe I should plan to have it all set-up the night before.

Naww. That would be the intelligent thing to do. I can't have that! o.O )

Power of Prayer

you're welcome, T_O!

My theory is: if you're going to swear at your deity in a world that still has quite a bit of divine influence, you better be prepared for the consequences!

This works in the opposite way too ~ I have had a player save their party through profuse prayer (but it too had a % chance of succeeding)

Coffee, meet sinuses!

Good stuff, Celeste... methinks that being a fly on the wall at one of your games would likely eliminate the need for alcohol...

...wait... did I just say that?!?!

Pssshhhh... Who am I kidding?

So I just found this...

And got all caught up. Very fun Celeste.

The strangest things happen during D&D nights... I've never drawn comics, but I have played 'secretary' and typed up comments that are said around the table, and those can be very funny.

Glad you are sharing this with us! The bow one is my personal favorite so far... 'practice more'

M.
