This is the beginning of the strange and exciting tale of five adventurers. Rawrin the Hyu-Guin, the leader of the group, Pheo the Pheonix from the Nightosphere, who knows nothing but his name, Ny-Nan, the emotional vampire/cat assassin who lives to remember his past, Ice Princess and Pink the Kitten, and finally Henry the human warlock who also lost his memory. Together they travel the land, doing various quests for various reasons. Each has their own reason for staying together, and they will stay together until they achieve those goals. Their collective goal: to find the Cosmic Owl and get the answers they want and possibly need.

The Unknown Lands

Our adventurers awake in the Unknown Lands tied around a large tree. In front of them, a tribe of Hyoomen are running frantically around a fire, some of them already ablaze. In front of our adventurers lies their bags dumped out across the ground. Just within reach of Ny-Nan is Rawrin's sword, but he can't reach it because he is tied down with the rest of them.

OOC: Hey ya'll, this is my first time Gm'ing so be patient with me, I'm not all too good yet at creating situations. Use your imaginations to get out of these situations I'm going to (try) to throw at you. Thanks for being patient... and let the game begin!

"Man...I think I know what to do guys, hold on!"
Ny-Nan, the vampire cat, had a gem on his forehead, and it was glowing. He was angry. He wiggled a little, and looked,"Woah...yes!", he bit through the rope has hard as he could, and the rope was cut!
(you know, that was sort of meta info, but it would be common sense if you realized what situation you were in anyways)

As Rawrin sat observing their predicament there were a few sudden tugs on the rope and suddenly it came loose. Ny-Nan had chewed through the rope! Rawrin reached for his sword, ready to fight. "Come on, guys," He said with a light coldness in his voice, "let's go before they notice we're free."

"...well...after what they did to us...shouldn't we get them back?", then, Ny-Nan hears a noise, and decides to leave with his friends, still waiting for an answer from Rawrin.

after the ropes were cut and the group was freed henry followed Rawrin (closely as he was blind[ish] and could easily get lost). even though the hyoomen were distracted henery shot a pebble sized bit of green flame away and in the opposit direction from where the group was just in case. (cursed fire, doesnt spead [much, .... ok maybe more than a little, ok alot] and doesnt go out [until it runs out of life force to fuel itself with])

"You guys okay with squishing?" Pheo asked knowing that he would be one of the fastest ways to get out of here...mind you the most obvious as well. "If not, I can take a few and we can meet someplace else and make plans from there."

He wiggled a bit to see if his wings were still able to be used, after he was contented that they were, he walked around the tree and found something to eat.

"I think they've suffered enough Ny-Nan. There's no need for us to get involved." Rawrin looked at Ny-Nan who stood there a moment kicking the dirt.

"Pheo," Rawrin said, "I do not think you are big enough for all four of us. We will go on foot and you can scout ahead from the sky." Rawrin looked around the group for some approval. "Is that a plan?"

With nowhere else to go, Ice Princess slowly follows Rawrin after snatching her crown from the dirt. She would be sure to make the Hyoomen pay*... eventually...* she thought as she tugged Pink along in its 'poobrain' state.

Ice Princess looked at Rawrin, still curious at the beak that seemed to be poking from the darkness of his hood. "I agree Rawrin; if Pheo watches the skies, then I can create a tiny snow man to find a safe way around the Hyoomen and skeletons that hang around here... at least from what I saw." she smiled then, in spite of the nearby danger.

Ny-Nan followed the group, and then, his gem started to flash with each breath,"DANG IT!", he sped in front of the group, where the gem stopped flashing,"I don't know what just happened...but it happened...", and he continued on...

"Good idea Salindra. Since Hyoomen are scared of pretty much anything, try to make 5 small snowmen by the tree and then we'll leave." Rawrin saw the disappointed looks on many of their faces and realized they wanted to make the Hyoomen pay for what they did. The Hyoomen are probably too stupiid to realize what they were doing. They didn't deserve to be punished or killed. "Leave the Hyoomen," Rawrin said,"I doubt they realized what they were doing..." he trailed off,"In fact, I don't think it was them that tied us up." Rawrin surveyed the surrounding area for anyone else that may be observing. He didn't see anyone but he was sure the Hyoomen weren't the ones that tied them up.

Ny-Nan continued to move, as his gem flashed again, and he turned around to see that he was no longer with the group. "What the...OH MY GOB!", he yelled, as he ran back, he yelled quite loud as he was panicked, and Ny-Nan ran back, now mad at himself that he left the group like that, the closer he got, the brighter the gem got. He finally met with the group again, and asked,"What's going on?"

Pheo took to the sky to scout out what the heck was happening. At any disturbance he ignited and flew trough the area casting flames around him and then took to the sky once more. "Hope you guys are safe" he said to himself.

Forming some snow into cute little people and leaving them by the large tree would be enough, the Princess thought, she had watched these Hyoomen run away from marshmellows, so snow poeple should do even better.
As she did so, the Princess heard the voice of the strangely pale cat "What's going on?" she heard him say.
"Ny-Nyan, what's with that gem? Are you okay, where did you go?" she asked, worried about the shadowy cat.

Ny-Nan tilted his head confused,"I...don't...know...I just think of it as a sign that something wrong has happened. But...it didn't glow when we were captured...it only glows when I'm angry I guess...hm...", suddenly, as Ny-Nan blushes, his gem turns blue instead of red,"Yeah...sorry for the strange explanation. Anyways, to your next question...", the gem stopped shining,"...I believe that the gem was sensing a problem, and I ran on ahead to get away, and I didn't realize you guys stopped running...", the gem turns blue again, but he shows no sign of why this time.(blue=love, red(the color from earlier gem flashes)=anger)
