Snow White and the Huntsman

I took my wife to see this movie Saturday night for our anniversary. She has been really looking forward to this one for months; I had some reservations. Honestly, I was simply hoping that the movie would be tolerable.

As it turns out, it is way better than that. As a matter of fact, I would rate this as one of the very best movies I have seen in the past several years.

There are one or two places where one might nitpick, but I have yet to see the movie that such isn't true. The acting is solid from beginning to end, the characters are well developed, the plot is solid,, and the effects are excellent - particularly those that involve the evil queen.

I cannot recommend this movie enough!

THis is a movie

When I first saw this movie coming out I thought it looked good. Glad to hear it lives up to some criticism. Can't wait to see it myself.
