The Everyday Life of Not-so-Everyday People

So...um, I have no idea what to say right now

Okay, so "The Everyday Life of Not-so-Everyday People takes place on a planet called Elara, which is kind of like Earth where we we are now, but these people (the characters you simply have to make up) are anything but ordinary. Which means, THINK OF COLORFUL CHARACTERS. That means, NO Bobs who get up, go to work, come back home to family, eat dinner, go to sleep. THAT'S NOT THE IDEA! THIS IS: Kellan McHuberson who gets up and jumps from a trampoline into the sky where he makes his living secretly away from his psycho girlfriend and depressed brother. You know, something like that.
Anywho, this is free-form, so whenever you like just feel free to join in our fascinating story of everyday life.
Oh yeah. And if you have any questions, feel like you need help building your character, and need to see some more rules, visit our Q&A Page. Thank you!

And so, here we go...

--------------------------------------------------------

Saine looked up at the starry sky. She had once dreamed of shooting up into the sky, but that was long ago. She grabbed her backpack and walked into the street, heading towards the huge club filled with neon lights and loud blasting music 24/7 known as Percy's Bar. Drunken fools swooned to the music on the dance floor while their sober partners simply decided to watch them. Saine felt that she was the only one dancing that was sober. She hadn't had a drink yet, but the adrenaline of dancing made her feel giddy and lightheaded. It had been so long since she had danced.

"What are you doing here?" Somehow Saine recognized the voice addressing her.

"Hey, Semia, it's you!" she smiled, running to hug her best friend.

"Don't you think you'll get caught?" Semia said, ignorant of her friend's friendliness.

"Not at all. I turned 21 this morning."
