Is there an apparent difference between the elf and dwarf plate (like weight)? also:

Dwarf Full Chain Suit /AC +8 /500 Gold Coins

is this really 500?

Yes Tuned

Because the Dwarf Armor fits a Dwarf, so only Dagger and Mylos the Gnome will actually benefit from purchasing this armor!

However, the Dwarf Weapons are sized for anyone in the party!

Cat Out of the Bag

Okay Gang

Ody's suggestion for the Ring of Sustenance has 'let the cat out of the bag' so to speak as far as making your selections!

Mad Dog Muldoon will be 'surprising' the Seekers by gifting them with some unexpected assistance, including a Ring of Sustenance for each Seeker before boarding the ship!

Seems in past games I have always provided this ring for party members!

But you will need the Armor, Silver Weapons and Healing items for your survival in battles to come!

Also, your characters will probably have more than they can possibly carry, but the load will be lightened once you have arrived wherever you choose to go!

Example, Damar will have 40 regular arrows and I think Raven said 80 Silver Arrows along with whatever else he adds to his character!

You will have the ship to carry the load and a provision will be made to carry your excess load via wagon, or pack horses ... or ..... ?????

Elven Chain Shirt weighs 10 pounds and Dwarf Chain Shirt weighs 20 pounds, but if Mylos wants an Elven Chain Shirt there is one tailor made for a Gnome etc.

Spoiler Alert...................

Sorry, it just made too much sense to get the rings when you'd said we may never get another change.

So rest still fits. We will need to figure on Wands and potions for the group. The Rain Dance will be handy but we may need healing to survive during a battle and then do the ceremony after.

Try to think of us as quick strike force and not a heavy army. So consider ease of travel.

Spend All 5000 Gold

Hey Gang

Spend all 5000 Gold Coins on the items in the Specialty Shoppe, because you will be loading the ship and wherever you arrive on land, the excess weight will be provided for in distributing and traveling by perhaps:

1. Wagon
2. Servants
3. Pack Horses
4. NPC volunteer Fighters
5. Other

You better get Armor and a Silver Weapon and whatever Healing Item you decide upon and whatever change you may have will be best cashed in for Silver Arrows (for Bow weapon), Silver Bolts (for Cross Bow Weapon) or Silver Stones (for Sling weapon).

Speaking of Spells......

To start the story you picked spells we could choose.

Now are we referring back to the PHB so all the 0-1 level spells are available?

I was going to RP Tohmas communing with the local Druids and learning the rest of 0 and level 1 spells listed in the PHB. Could he receive a prayer book from the Druids so as he travels and levels up the new spell may be learned?

He just can't cast spells beyond his ability, but he can study them. There may not be Elders around to teach him.

I suppose he could learn the spells directly from his Goddess and RP spending time in prayers each time he levels.

Spells and Class Abilities

You will all be given a choice of the Spells to add, but I do not have any problem with Tohmas knowing about what spells are available from any Elders around 'town' while spending the 2 weeks waiting for Captain Crayfish and his crew to return from their carousing!

I will be informing each Player regarding any Addition to Class Abilities also!

So you will select your additional spells in agreement with me (Hammer) who is usually pretty agreeable

Thomas Spells Available

Here is the list of what you already have and what you can choose from for leveling up to a Second Level Druid:

Druid Spells:
0-Level First Aid is Bandages bleeding wound.
0-Level Know Direction is The caster discerns north.
0-Level Purify Food and Drink is Purifies 1 cu. ft. /level of food or water.

1-Level Entangle is Plants entangle everyone in 50 ft. circle.

1-Level Bonus Spell Goodberry is 2d4 berries each cure 1 hit point (max 8 hp/day)

0-Level Atari Granted Spell Spirit /Gust of Air is A wind rises up in the spell area and puts out all flames or banishes all fogs or gases in the area.

1-Level Atari Granted Spell Weapon Plus is The spell puts a +1 on a weapon or shield for every attribute point the caster wants to place on the object. When the caster wants their attribute points back, the spell expires and the object loses its magical pluses. Only one caster can place a plus on an item.

Atira also grants Can cast Plant Growth* once per day is a 3rd level Druid Spell is Grows vegetation, improves crops.

Well what to pick

Questions and choices. Hammer, if there is nothing for me as in weapons, can I get stuff at Minerva's Temple on the holy day? (see high day activities). Or do I have buy it somewhere else? Asking due to I can't use any of the armor or weapons.

You have overlooked the obvious choice Here:

Wand of Cure Serious Wounds (50 Charges) /3d8 /5,000 Gold Coins
A wand that will make a difference in your comrades lives!

Also, you do have another 500 Gold Coins from which you may be able to go to a Minerva Temple, use whatever portion of them you want to use to ignite with your 'Fire Stick' and the remainder can be used to acquire whatever you and I agree upon!

Let me know what type of Magic Item from the Minerva Temple you are interested in acquiring and we will work something out, but for now, exchange your 5,000 Gold Coins reward for the Wand of Cure Serious Wounds (50 Charges) /3d8 /5,000 Gold Coins

Ok! Ok! (shaking his arm

after it was release from the Hammer's grip) I will take the wand! You and Ody are right and since my first aid spell is not that great this will help the group greatly. I will try and find something in the Temple. Thanks for the friendly encouragement.

err... a couple double checks

1 - so does the elf armour fit humans as well or just elves?
2 - can Ziklag really use that wand? I mean it is a divine spell (and therfore magic item) and he is an arcane caster so... yeah...

please clarify

Such Wands may be used by anyone in this game!
