Sense8 - Netflix

So, a couple of weeks ago, for lack of anything better to do, I decided to check out this Netflix Original Series called Sense8. It was confusing, at first, but not so much that it 'turned me off'... more like it kept me wondering WTF is going on?!?! Then, a few episodes in, the show hit it's stride with me, I guess, and even though some of it still had me befuddled, I decided that I'd go ahead and, at least, see it through to the end of Season 1 to see if I was going to bother with S2.

Welllllll, I just watched the season 1 finale and I've gotta say, despite the initial 'huh?-factor' and, in my opinion, some pointless sex scenes, WOW! That's one heckuva good show!!!

Anyone else watch it and feel like comparing notes? If so, post 'em up...

If you haven't watched it and are into some 'cerebral sci-fi/fantasy' kind of stuff, I highly recommend giving it a peek.

hmmm

I might have to add this to my Netflix.

Oh, has anyone checked out Dark Matter? Love that show. Season 2 just ended and I know Season 1 is on Netflix, season 2 should be soon.

Yep...

Started watching Dark Matter sometime back, as well. I'm about 5 episodes in... got distracted by Sense8, though.

~Pokes~

Well now that you done with Sense8, go back and finish watching Dark Matter. It really gets good in Season 2. Some surprises for sure. I can't wait for Season 3, but it is a long wait as 2 just ended.

I definitely will...

...now that I'm thru season 1 of Sense8, I've got room to pick up on that one again... at least until Luke Cage starts and I binge myself stoopid on that.

Sense8

I wastched when it was first released and am anxiously awaiting to see where they take it for season 2. They left a lot of possibilities open and questions unanswered.

Hmmm

Watched episode 1 of season 1, and I have to say:

All the jumping back and forth is maybe confusing me; that's not too difficult nowadays.

Yeah...

...it's very trippy for sure. Took me a couple of episodes to figure out exactly what was going on. Almost didn't finish season one, myself, but about 3 or 4 episodes in it started to hit it's stride and i was hooked.
