Clarification

Not quite right.  Hornet and Soledad are only 20' from the exit from the gulley.  The rest of you (and the gnoll and bugbears) are another 30' up.  So if you go another 30' next turn you will have reached the spot currently occupied by Soledad and Hornet.  Then it is 20' past that to get to the actual end of the gulley.  As for the gulley end - think of it as a very thick hedge with an opening in it.  The opening is roughly the size of a door and there is brush and bracken that is used to fill it - although it is hardly a solid door.  And it is open at the moment.  Once outside of the gulley it is 20' to reach the river.

Does that make sense?

Hi-ho, hi-ho...

@Hammer:
Been meaning to ask for a while now because I've been curious:

Did you get the name for your dwarf from Snow White? I know the Doc in Snow White is spelled differently to your Dok, but just seemed like a coincidence if you didn't get it from Snow White.

Could Be

Hey Dragon

It could be or from Back to the Future Trilogy, but a play on words for Doctor as a Cleric reference

I watched the Back to the Future Trilogy the past couple of days on Peacock Plus streaming service

Nomad

Go ahead and post without me, Mom fell and broke her right wrist and pelvic bone so I'm dealing with that and have had no time to post.

Ouch

Sorry - forgot to post that part.  Sorry to say he missed the roll.

One made death save, two missed.

Death...the final sleep?

Quick question:

If our character dies, aren't we allowed to play anymore period? Or can we make a different character and rejoin the game? I'm just worried that if Thäoran dies then that'll be me out for good and I'm really enjoying this.

I would think you would get a new character.  I would hate to see you gone

Death, the some times final sleep

This is D&D - when you take an 8 hour nap that massive axe blow to your head magically heals completely.  There are things that can be done.  Sometimes.   And sometimes the character is gone.  The player, however, does not die.  There is that nice little "restart" button you can push to restart the game.  Sort of.

That is a long way of saying - you are always welcome in the game and if Thaoran does go meet his father in the long dark night, you can always make a new character.
