The life of a budding young anarchist

Here's a portion of my song, I'm working in a rhythm, but it's really hard to explain. If you could imagine the sort of ska beat and rhythm, with a more talking than singing.
Well, here goes.

One day i woke up, and I thought "Oh lord, here we go again. Another day of nothing" and yet rolled over again.

The clock said 11:50, so I jumped up and reached out for my hat, keys, shirt, shoes, rolled my way out to the street.

I called up my bro and he said dude, I just wrote this sick a## riff, so I rolled straight up to his place, opened the door, it smelled like Gangha.

And there was, spread on the couch with a sex string nexk across his lap, I sat down, he picked it up and busted out some sick a## s###.

I know it doesn't rhyme, but it wasn't supposed to.
The rhythm is incredibly complicated to explain, but it was written for a ska punk song.
