Everyone is doing so awesomely...

I am indeed honored to be your monkey-boy, Eol! Hehehe.

I think it's just what was needed for the CEO and everyone else aboard the pod to hear to properly focus on the tasks at hand.

Besides, who doesn't think it's fun to be called "monkey boy"? It's just fun to say. Monkey boy, monkey boy, monkey boy...

I am entirely too easily amused.

By the bye, just a technical note:

Saber class starships do indeed have 56 escape pod ASRVs as mentioned in one of the new posts, but just a reminder that the Cerberus was Steamrunner class, and as such only had 35 pods.

Hey, I'm an engineer; by definition I have to nitpick the technical details-hehehe.

Though it will break a Romulans heart...

After a serious look at my upcoming work schedule, moving plans, and nmerous extracurricular activities planned for the summer months, I'm regrettably going to have to bow out, and let Karl Valberg go up in said flame of glorious space booms and what not.

While I'm sure I could have managed to write a great he makes it tothe charon post, I feel it just wouldn't be doing justice to the intensity of the other dedicated players at the moment to sorta have his responses and posts linger or be waited upon due to my gradually growing schedule and shrinking of RDI-time.

So to all I've interacted with, I've had a blast, and drink a glass of champaign in the wake of one former officer.

Chief of Security Karl Valberg; USS CERBERUS

Thanks, YO

In other news...shouldn't we rename this thread to "Charon Q&A"?

Plot ideas!

Let's just destroy the Charon too, and carry out the whole adventure in escape pods!

Form 'em all up together and become Operation: Gnats!

Hehehe-ok, I'm bein' silly.

Ooooh! We could all get hit by an incoming starship...call it Operation: Windshield Bugs!

Ahhh, isn't boredom loverly. Heh.

Sorry, I'm bored today, am supposed to be on my way to Florida and the beach right now-hehehe. Have a good 4th, folks.

P.S. Ram all the pods into each other...Operation: Bumper Cars.

nce we're going kooky in the black of space

Why not reconfigure transporter beams to just take specific limbs or article's of clothing, Operation: Ah my pants!

Anyways, though it pains me to drop, I'll defiantely keep reading and lurking (late at night when I should be working now that I've unlimited internet from my phone lol)

Take care and God Speed.

Almost there...

...got a bit more distracted than I'd planned this weekend and, hence, hadn't quite the time I would have liked to finish up.

Hoping for a post by this evening. *crosses fingers*

Or...

...an episode of Lost.

Gonna be tomorrow on that post, folks, I've literally just written the exact same paragraph twice... time to turn the brain and eyeballs into power saving mode.

Sneak preview: Stan gets a bath... or was that a body... might've been a bath... stay tuned.

Trash?

I am working up my post. I noticed that others have mentioned replicators on board the pods, are there also some kind of trash recipticles? And if so how would they work?
Also, does anyone have an approximate size of the pod, just for me to have an idea of what I'm working with?
Thanks!!
M.
