Questions
If I fire an arrow while invisible will the spell be nullified?
Can I pick up and move the box (STR vs box) while invisible without nullifying the spell?

If it's regualr invis, then the bow-shot will make you visible. If it's improved, then it won't. Either way, you should be fine on moving the box.
