Interesting...

The bag of eternal stench was initially a bag of holding, however, it has now become a pocket plane that is full of rotting troglodyte corpses. There is a save dc of 19 will, that if not resisted causes you to be sickened by the smell of it, the only downside is that even the user must make this save... however, because it appears to be a bag of holding, it could be placed somewhere the enemy may find it as a trap.

As for essence of rotten feet, it is an inexpensive ingredient that witches use to polymorph themselves into zombie lords when they reach the appropriate level.

Now, answer me this. What is a shrunken head of morbid brilliance?

the bag

The Bag of Eternal Stench is actually just a simple portal that leads straight to the BOG of Eternal Stench, which we all know from the movie Labyrinth. Anything put into the bag is transported there immediately, including living beings.

The shrunken head is in fact a dried human head, used by Goblin priests as an idol of high power. It works as a holy symbol, lifting evil clerics up one level in experience... after imbibing it.

Now can anybody tell me what this Perfume of Midnight Convulsion is that I've been hearing about?

Haha

Labyrinth! I have that movie. David Bowie as the goblin king, who'd thunk.

The perfume of midnight convulsion must not be discussed! There are children present!

It is my understanding ...

... that the bag holds a small (a.k.a. tiny, minute, miniscule) amount of refined, reduced, recycled, and resublimated essence of tarrasque dung, wayyyy down in one of the deep corners ...

and that ...

is sealed into the fabric of the bag with the skimmed foam of boiled fummunda cheese, lovingly scraped from beneath ogre toenails and finely minced.
