Personal Bio:
Lyvette has shown an inclination for the natural sciences all her life. Her mother reports that she often brought insects and plants inside to be examined with great care when she was a child. In school she excelled in these area's even winning several ribbons in science fairs.
Her father Lt. Lyvette died aboard USS Resistance during a training exercise accident when she was four. Her mother took a job as a nurse at London Medical Center to suppor the two of them.
Upon graduating high school Lyvette was accepted to Oxford University where she spent the next several years getting a Masters in Biology with an emphasis on Botany.
Admiral Long selected Lyvette along with several other recent Master's recipients to be a part of the Nike Academic Program. This program is still in it's trial period and is designed to expediate graduation for Academy students who already have advanced degree's from other certifited institutions. Lyvette did excedingly well in this program and graduated from the Academy in less than a year.
Upon her graduation Admiral Long submitted her orders to be an Apprentice Science Officer aboard the USS Cerberus.
