Personality: Ral is a easy going and likeable guy, most of the time. He does tend to have the hard manners on occasion that is typical of the Bajoran people. He is very loyal to his Superior officers and his ship. He is well liked and a very extroverted person who enjoys getting involved in all types of sociable events, such as: drinking, gambling, poker, etc.
Philosophy: Ral is a follower of a more liberal sect started by the ‘Late’ Vedek Bareil which is more open to the ideas of science and religion complementing one another. These more open beliefs led to his desire to join Starfleet and help not only Bajor but other worlds which might face similar tribulations.
