Fingernails, Hair, and Old age

Bite my fingernails? Only when there's something yummy stuck under them.

Smoke? Like a broke stove, unfortunately... Have tried to quit several times but, each time, came to realize that while smoking is bad for me, it's safer for the people I work with every day if i just keep smokin'.

Hair? yes, i have some... most of it is a very dark brown (most people say it's black, though)... there is a gray patch in my chin whiskers, though.

Age? geez, ask a hard one, why don't ya? Let's see... 370 times 12... carry the one... add 42, subtract 400, divide by the square root of pi... Ummmm... somewhere in my thirties, I think...

Aging gracefully...

It's a stealth patch.

It actually started when we were still at the TOCO, if I remember correctly... oddly enough, right about the time Jessica started showing an interest in boys. Now that Jinx is starting to chase boys (and boys are starting to chase her), though, it's become more noticable.

There's a gray there for each boy I've had to kill, facelick, or otherwise convince of my psychosis!

So

when it comes time for me to face my daughter developing an interest in boys, I can use you as a mentor, Robert?

Do you beat them first, before they go out, or wait until after? I was thinking first, because a preemptive strike works so well for the US military....

ohhh AL

pleeeeeze I beg you...DO NOT use him as a mentor no matter how well his tactics work.

Besides Al...If you're as big a guy as rumored, you shouldn't have to worry too much about making your point

Mentor? Who me?

I'd be happy to act as your mentor, Al... be warned, though, your sanity and humanity may be called into question forever more if you actually apply my tactics.

Note: The facelick has been proven to work. Haven't seen old Luke in about 7 years, now, I guess.

My version

I have found that letting them see me care for the 357 magnum helped they develop a healthy respect for the curfew Of course, my daughter is long since married and that was many years ago.

Catching up...

Languages - bits and pieces of a royal boatload. My Spanish is pretty crappy. My French is terrible. My Latin isn't too great. My German is VERY rusty. My Dutch is mostly pieced together from my broken German. My Gaelic is almost incomprehensible. I can rattle out a few songs in Russian, Swedish, Romanian, Old English, Italian, and Punjabi, but that's nothing like actually knowing a language. Several dialects of English. Most people aren't aware that there is more than one living English language. (British, American, and Australian don't count as separate dialects, but Island English does. Go to St. Croix or Trinidad and you'll see.)

Hot dogs - Mustard. Chili. Cheese. If you need anything else, you made the chili wrong.

Iced cream - Rocky Road for eating. Strawberry or chocolate for fun.

Eyes - They have been described as "that shade of blue that only comes from thousands of years of looking out over glaciers." I wouldn't know. I've never seen them clearly.

Fingernails - Mine grow very fast, but don't stay long. I don't clip them, because I don't have to. They wear down or break off when they get too long. Luckily, they seem to break cleanly when they do, so they aren't all jagged and horrible.

Hair - my hair changes with the seasons. Now it's starting to pick up the slightly golden shade for spring. In summer, it will be a light yellow-blond. In the autumn, it gets red highlights, sometimes deepening to an honest-to-god auburn, and then to a light brownish blond in the winter. As some of you know, it's somewhat longish, though not past my belt as it was when I shaved it off. Now, it's barely to the small of my back... barely. Also... *cries* DA cut short her beautiful hair...

Age - for an apricot, I am old beyond counting. For a mountain, I have not even begun to exist. For a man - I am just right.

Daughters - I'm floating around 6'4", weigh something more then 200lbs, and I'm told I can look downright frightening sometimes. I have a .56cal pistol with a twelve-inch barrel and a knack for throwing axes right about groin hight. If someone needs scaring, I think I can handle it.
