As a bard can I cast my spells with my hands tied?

Ok did the Gobbies stop my bleeding by healing me or bandages??
If not am I still bleeding and if still bleediong do I have enough energy to wake up??

as far as you can tell, they healed you with bandages. And yes, you are awake, otherwise my post would've included... 'but Malius was still unconscious'.

And a bard can't cast still spells as a class feature. You need the feat, or you need to free your hands to include the somatic components.

important question, what did they do with gothard?

They should be free as I told them to hide in the rocks if I remember correctly. Knowing them they would have followed us or at least my scent and could be lurking anywhere

hehe, and knowing that ferrets LOVE to chew stuff, i'm sure they wont mind gnawing through some wonderful little ropes. Or gothard might like a little nibble too.

No, you can, and ANYbody can only cast spells that don't require a somatic component. Unless you have the Still spell feat and can use it without memorizing it beforehand.
I just thought of something: you guys don't have any new spells, but just the spells left that you had at the end of the battle, since you haven't had a good rest or time to pray or study. And I don't know how it works with duskblades, but I would imagine that they work like wizards.

Jozan: Gothard is not around. Maybe he's dead, though you don't feel that he is, or maybe he's somewhere else in the encampment. Or maybe he's in the wild, with Malius' ferrets.

are like sorcerers, as they don't have to memorize their spells, and can substitute their known spells as they level like a sorcerer can. Still need hands to cast though.

Elessarae has the best chance of escaping. With +5 Escape artist and +5 use rope, that's a minimum of +7 to escaping the ropes she's bound in, plus then she has animate rope spell (Page 199 PHB) that could prove useful.

If Elessarae can somehow get free, and subtly remove the ropes of the party... (Or even Thondrek for reasons stated below) we might stand a chance.

NOw as for Thondrek, He's the only one capable of instantly being 'outside' the cage. Better still, if he can manage to reach through the cage and touch a gobbo carrying keys, he can teleport him inside the cage where we can maul him and get free... It's just a thought though Elessarrae getting free first is key. Please guys, look over your sheets and see if theirs anything that comes to mind.

Loda, level 4 Druid has Produce flame, that's 4 little flame balls or projectiles for 1d6+4 she can throw / use to burn through ropes..

What is Malius's 1 1st level spell?
