How... profound

Niels Bohr

"I thought you said you were decent"
"I am decent. I also happen to be naked"

Okay so it's a double quote... deal.

p.s. I apparently am not so profound

I looked it up

Paula Mcfadden and Elliot Garfield

A kiss is a lovely trick designed by nature to stop speech when words become superfluous.

This quote reminds me of Nyx and Cay

I have to look them all up... I cheat...

Ingred Bergman... how fun!

Oh Ion:
1. Pleased to see you still follow that story
2. You should watch The Goodbye Girl sometime, it's fabulous!

"But which way do you -want- to go? Up orrr down?"

How can you not know that one?
It's the Hands from Labyrinth.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not after you!

Well...

...I'm pretty sure that Eol is involved in Mr C's quote somewhere.

Meh... Okay...

Winston Churchill, then... (But I know I've said it before, too. )

" All you have to do is to decide what to do with the time given to you. "

A wizard said it and a wizard will say it again

Gandalf
And Lirius higgins my new character will find an opportunity to say it as well And while we're on the subject of wizards...

"Arrest that tree! Obstructing Sunlight that's the charge!"

But Eol at least you were the drunk one ;)

Fizban?

Google only came up with one site for the quote and it was not altogether helpful.

Here is an easier one:

"Snakes... why'd it have to be snakes!?"

uhhh

Ion I should smite thee... and I think we really need to work on your movie catalogue.

Samuel L. Jackson!?
Granted... he probably -did- say that on 'Snakes on a Plane', however, he was quoting someone else when he said it. You know the wonderfully ruggedly handsome Harrison Ford in 'Indiana Jones: Ark of the Covenant'

Your quote again appears to be from Dragonlance. Not Fizban this time... perhaps Dalamar? ((I must admit I haven't seen this movie so I'm putting this together through fragmented bits on random forums that google pulls up))

Now... lets continue with the movie thing and see what other movies I need to put on Ion's list:

"I appreciate the whole seduction thing you got going on, but let me give you a tip: I'm a sure thing."

Nope not Dalamar

I've seen Indiana Jones and the Lost Ark but it was like a decade ago, I've also seen Little women which is where you're quote comes from.

Vivian says Meri's quote.

Tasslehoff said my quote. Both quotes came from Dragons of Autumn Twilight a book in the DragonLance chronicles which introduced us to the world of Krynn. I admit I should watch more movies but you need to read more Fantasy.
I still you though :KISSIE:

And as a side note Dalamar actually doesn't make it into the DragonLance Chronicles he comes later, but that's just me showing off.

New quote: Action is Eloquence

*sigh*

Alright Ion luv... it -was- Vivian who said my last quoted, however it was -not- from Little Women ... try Pretty Woman

You're hopeless my dear good sir... utterly hopeless...

But on another note, I actually need to read more period. I used to breeze through a King novel in a week, but now I feel good if I can get through a book in a year.

But! Your quote is by the great Bard himelf. All Hail the Shakespeare!

Mine:

"What kind of convenience store do you run here?"

M.
