Devine = good/ok
Arcane = bad (but will not activly hunt or seak vengence towards arcane spellcasters at this stage)

Today, I will put up the first post in the game thread. I have a few things to do in between, but today, unless something critical comes up, will be the official start date.

Since gearing and all that is unimportant right off the get-go, I'll help out with what needs to be taken care of shortly thereafter, but I'd like to kill the waiting period and provide those who are !00% set with something to do.

I got about half of the introduction done. Some stressful things got in the way tonight, but all that's left is the second half, and I'll be able to get it done tomorrow. Nothing to worry about!

Things are moving now. That's the first introductory post I've written in a long time, so be patient. Things will get better. I assure you. For now, its something.

Started up my post, and yes let me tell you it is quiet the challenge going from writing up for Cayrimsa to writting up for Thealora.

Cay would easily let Nyx chop Thea into tiny bits and eat her for breakfast I think.

But it's coming along... Just have to keep remembering that Thea doesn't like blood...

Nice start, I have to say beautifully crafted. It puts me in a very difficult position.

My character is against the use of arcane magic and so all to happy for those who practice it to be persecuted. Be to him (and his culture) all life is equally sacred, belay that, life and sacred are the same thing to him... that's probably the best way I can describe it in a nut shell.

Hum, I am writing a post but it will require me to search Eofara's soul. I think he is likely to be opposed to the execution because it is that, the man did not die with honour and without being honored, he died being mocked and scorned by the inhabitants of the entire town.

EDIT: Just want to ask you a question about crafting actually, I've worked out that using the current rules it takes 7 and a half weeks to complete 20 masterwork arrows where it would only take a day to complete 20 normal arrows. I think this is grossly unrealistic (and yes I know it's only a game), your opinion on it please.

I'd also like to know the DC your going to set for crafting 20 arrows please, believe me, Eofara will be crafting his own arrows.

Alright, I have a (almost) complete character in! Just thought I'd swing by and say hello to everyone. Looking forward to playing with you guys.

Also, thought I'd add to what Meri said in response to Ion. The time you've spent relaxing round the fire here at the inn is nothing compared to the stories you've told. What I mean by that is this: We aren't going to judge you on how new your face is for a couple reasons.

1. The time you've spent here on the inn has nothing to do with the time you've spent gaming.

2. And to revamp an old saying, its not quantity... its quality.

Yeah, in the end it doesn't even matter how many posts you've stapled up on the boards here, what we care about it your gaming and your writing. You've shown, through various methods, that you clearly give a crap about creating something worth while with the rest of us and that means you get to stay! Not to mention you taste good.

By the way, anyone who's got Meri calling them "Ion Baby", must be family. Welcome in, shed that self-conscious skin and join the fun. You're a good player and the inn can only make you better, as I and many others have learned.

Well that was a good read, and a good distraction for the day. I don't normally post quoting the Dm's post, but it's been likewise a long time since I've posted as a player, so I'm working on it.. I made Tek's post parts smaller so you can skip over them instead of rereading them over and over again throughout posts lol..
