I suppose I should keep a better eye on the Comings and Goings threads. I didn't know Tus was gone.

That's really kinda sad; the intro was good story-telling, so the Inn loses another good master mind. Also, I was looking forward to discovering what kind of a person Pyrrhus would turn into.

Blah.

Tus! You're back!
...
You are back, right? Not just toying with my emotions are you? I don't think I could take that.

Welcome back.

Just a point

WELCOME BACK TUS! I know we've looked forward to your return. I would like to point out that the Watcher is in the common room (though it's understandable if the gnome hasn't noticed him yet. I can imagine it is difficult for such a short guy to see through the sea of patrons .

a thought

not trying to be rude, but I had a thought.

I know sometimes post are made on the fly and done with time constraints. You said the gnome passed out the stones, but to which character did each stone go. perhaps it isn't really important but sometimes a little detail can really make the post and story a bit better.

Stones

“The blood of the leopard for the one that knows the heart of Jungle and is a legend to his people.” --bright yellow

“The blood of a tiger for the one that puts fear into the hearts of man but is as harmless as a big cat can be. The one that doesn’t fear death when it looks him straight into his deadly eyes.” --orange

“the blood of a bear. For the one that is both wise and has strength.” --brown

“the flame of a phoenix. For the one that is a watcher and protects both his values and his people with his life but seldom says a word.” --The stone dances with an orangish-red flame on it’s glossy surface.

“The blood of a weasel. For the most cunning and slick of them all.” --gray.

“the blood of a great red Dragon for the wisest of them all and the oldest of times.” --dark blood red

I know he didn't get the yellow, orange, brown, or flame gems, but I'm curious about the gray and red and which went to Pyrhhus.

!!!

Yay. That's the one I was hoping for! I gave Pyrrhus some red dragon's blood in character creation, and I wanted to see if I could get one of the other stones to end up going his way. Woot!

Also, I've been working tech on a dance show that opens tomorrow. Once that thing is done with I should be able to get into the right head-space for Pyrrhus and type up a post. If I tried to do it now, he'd just end up talking about there's too much top-light in the bar and not enough front light.

And the amber wash drowns out the colors coming from the gems.

Well

better than trying to view them in the light of the back stage blues. I worked tech in high school. And (other than writing) it is the only job I think I would actually enjoy doing for a living. Unfortunately I'm working at a power plant. But thankfully, I have my writing an my publishing company to keep me going!

Question... so does this game have anything resembling a normal posting schedule or is it a "take it as it comes" setup? Just curious. I think I like where this will be headed, but it has kind of stalled for the moment it seems. I hope Tus didn't take another vacation from the inn ()

Miscommunication?

I think there might have been some misunderstanding here, and I'd hate for the to be the reason we lose a player.

Crowe: Tus has asked that I bow out of this one.

Tus: Crowe has informed me that he has left the game so I have made an exit for his character.

Doesn't sound like both are on the same page. Just wanted to make sure before we lose a player for no good reason.

Misunderstanding

It was a mutraul agreement he said that he didn't want to play anymore cause I am a bad DM and I had asked kindly for better posts and more character devolopment after I saw that he thought I was a bad DM we parted ways BTW Crowe no offense but even your character on Monster's Paradise needs help
Steelight I am updating after I have noticed everyone else has updated. I also am going to stall a little bit to let Brianna catch up.
Everyone Welcome our Rouge played by Brianna
