Without a doubt

That's a must I'm not putting Dillon or his men in lock-up with armor. They are going in with whatever clothes they have on underneath. Never know if the armor has hidden compartments holding weapons. Roger I'll get more passengers to help get all the 'Marshalls' to the ship then Ash and I will strip off the armor and lock them up.

All are secured of course in case they wake up.

I'll post...

I'll try to post later. It might be something like:

Wyatt wakes up...groggy...pissed...and confused. He accidentally shoots Marshall Dillon.

I posted.

I didn't take it too far into the future, but I believe I've given cause for some reaction.

you did realize they all died?

Not sure if I was being too subtle but all three "Marshall's" just had their heads blow out.

Not sure why Bromern stopped his post where he did

thoughts

Disguise? As the guards that were just killed remotely by their own people? Not sure they'd be fooled..."Jones? Didn't I just blow up your brain?" "No sir, that was Smith" "Oh right. Carry on then"

Willow would suggest that Dodger would probably find a buyer for the armour, so worth scavenging.

Now, what Willow won't suggest (but this player thought of) is this:

1. Whatever explosive device implanted in those men was triggered remotely, by someone who knew what was happening dirtside. We should check the men and the armour for transmitting/receiving devices before we get too chatty around the bodies.

2. Cortex is jammed in this area, right? Only shortwave radio working? Presumbably the ship these guys came from is doing the jamming, but if they are able to communicate with their men (and John can hear them in the atmo processor), maybe our tech wizard could work a little hijack of the signal - access their equipment and send a distress signal past the jamming.

My thoughts are that these guys are willing to kill their own men to keep their ops secret - they just may cut and run if Alliance and Starline Cruise rescue ships start homing in.

Armor

Well Wolf is going to keep one set no matter what the blood and brains can be cleaned out. Considering he most likely has seen worse in his time in prison he has no problem with doing so. Even if the suit does not fit him at this time since it is not alliance issue he will figure something out.

I have always been of the thinking it's better to have something and never need it then to need that something and not have it

Really?

Remind me please? Are you crew paid a salary, or a own a share in the ship? That may make a difference based on the value of the armour.

ETA: Sorry - this looks way more grumpy than it was meant to - and I blame being on the road my first day back from vacation. My point is...salvage the armour...but considering it "yours" is perhaps not your decision...else Willow claims any diamonds we chance upon because they look best on her The crew shares in profits and expenses.

I believe from past posts

We all hold a share of the ship or am I incorrect?

Never said we can't talk over the disposition of the armor but I think it would be better to keep it as we seem to be getting in a lot of firefights lately.

As I said above better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it.

And Van I did not consider your above statement in a bad light ok I understood what you were trying to get across and it's all good

shares

You all hold at least one share. Wyatt and Willow hold two shares i believe.

Armour - Tactical suit -5W. (-2 step penalty to Agility). Worth 110 credits. Highly illegal to own (impersonating an officer, possession of stolen material from military, attempting acts of terrorism, planning acts of ....)

The helmets are ruined, cracked from within. They were tinted so they would have been useless at night.

Well if that's the case

How come the Merc's have them and the Alliance has not gone after them??

As for hiding them with Wyatt's ok we could do the same thing like Ash did with his 'guns' and hide them in the engine room. I'm sure with Ash's help and John's we could create a nice cubby hole for them.

Oh and just to brag I took the shooting range portion of my CHL course today and scored a 243 out of a possible 250 to easily pass as the lowest point total needed was 175. Now on Fri comes the 10 hour course and written test so wish me luck as that may be the hard part for me

good question

Mercenaries are usually well armed so alliance might be hesitant to go after them. Especially Merc that do the black ops for the alliance.

I am sorry but I do not know much about guns and shooting. Why are you doing a test? Is this a personal thing or are you attempting to reach some goal?
