Ok Equipment

Ok what equipment are we getting from Asher’s cabin is there enough to both outfit him and to also better outfit Andrew and myself. All I have is 2 Machine pistols and a sawed off pistol grip shotgun and from Andrew‘s sheet all he has are 3 pistol‘s and only 1 is an auto I think ..the PK12??.. Also is the ballistic mesh shirt listed on my character sheet considered armor?? And if so does Asher have any extra suits of better mesh?

Cool it with the Boom booms......

Sure, first give away his room away and then pilfer his toys, lol.

I need to check my sheet too so I can send the shopping list. Now remember when Ash lends toys, you break it, you bought it.

Some people collect stamps.....

I needed to lookup what Ash's toys could do so I thought I'd share.

Now Ash will ask for his frags and half a dozen flashbangs.
The boys can pick from the rest.
I'm going to just say Ash has his Spa30 and back holster, so Wolf can go for the Uzi's again and let Andrew grab what fits, just leave your IOU.

Action Figure comes with:
(Hopefully not carrying at the same time)

1 x Boxes of Concussion Grenades (6 grenades/ 12c)
Grenade, Concussion: Used offensively
because their smaller blast radius is less dangerous in
the open, these grenades can still clear an area very
effectively.

1 x Box of Frag Grenades (3 grenades/ 6c)
Grenade, Fragmentation: Sharp fragments of
metal rip through everything and everyone in the
area. The only effective protection usually involves
diving behind something—or someone—big and
thick and heavy.

2 x Boxes of Flashbang Grenades (12 grenades/ 12c)
Grenade, Flashbang: Designed to stun
enemies, flashbangs do relatively little damage,
but everyone within 20 feet of the grenade is
automatically stunned for one turn, and then they
have to make a Survival roll against a Difficulty
of 15. If they fail, they are stunned for 2d6 more
turns. If they succeed, they are stunned for only 2
more turns. The only way to deal with this effect
is complete ear and eye protection, which gives
a +2 Vitality Step bonus to the roll. Flashbangs
don’t always have to be grenades. Certain creative
individuals have disguised these explosives in such
innocent lookin’ objects as a stick of incense.

1 x Box of Gas Grenades (6 grenades/ 12c)
Grenade, Gas: The grenades release a special
nerve-gas designed to knock out those who breathe
it. The effects are like several hours of hard drinking
on an empty stomach. An NBC mask will prevent
the damage. The gas dissipates in a few rounds.

2 x Boxes of Smoke Grenades (12 grenades/ 12c)
Grenade, Smoke: Inhaling the smoke does
some damage, seeing as you get less air that way,
but mostly the smoke obscures vision inside and
through the cloud (counting as Thick Smoke, giving
+8 to the Difficulty to hit any target through more
than 10 feet of smoke). The smoke fills the blast
area and dissipates slowly (usually in about two
minutes). NBC masks prevent the damage.

1 x Box of ChemPlast Charges (3 charges/ 21c)
ChemPlast (CP-HE) Charge: A high-yield
plastic explosive, these charges let loose their energy
in a relatively small area. Shrapnel isn’t an issue
(unless whoever set the charge packed it full of
nuts and bolts and the such), but the blast wave is
apparently a lot like being struck by a cruiser.

1 x Mining Charge (1 charge/ 18c)
Mining Charge: Used to blast mine shafts,
these charges are perfect for demolition of all kinds,
and often come with a remote detonator or a timed
electric fuse.

1 x Box of Mag Charges (2 charges/ 56c)
1 x Box of Optical Bombs (3 bombs/ 60c)
1 x Box of Laserlight Mist (6 cans/ 12c)

Lay siege, naw lay waste!!!!!!

Actually

I was hoping for more of an assault rifle type weapon. As for the Uzi's they could go to Andrew as I have my Baretta's and they are pretty close to uzi's by themselves in rate of fire. Or if no such weapon is available we could spilt the two uzi's between us if nothing else.

Property Damage: Auto

just a reminder that there are a lot of people in town that have never shot at you or even wished you harm. Might want to think about that before using Asher's well stocked arsenal to leave a crater where Frisco once was......

Land Lock

For the record. Your ship has to land and be stationary for the port authority to land lock your ship. They can not do it while you are flying, unless they use an EMP and then you'd crash and the point would be moot at best.

A LL is a transmission from the PA tower that basically overrides all your engine functions and prevents you from taking off. Can you prevent it from happening? Sure but it will be an INCREDIBLE complex action so you'd have to have Andrew on the ship to constantly adjust the coding.

However - when Rocinante entered the atmosphere, you didn't even get a ping from the PA - which means even the auto functions are off right now. They can not lock you down if the tower is disabled or shut down.

I had a PM asking about this, so I thought I would share.

Dirty rotten, yella belly back shooters!

Well I'm not intending to level the whole place, but if Ash can find out who shot him in the back, then he gonna play nice with them.

Damn it!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot to put that in the post. Sorry Ash. The doctor is pretty sure it was Winnie Mustard because she is a sure shot from a distance which matched the cluster you got hit with. I will add that into the the post.

Oh great.....

You would have to have him shot by a girl!!!!!!!!!!

At least I hope she looks like Grugg. Much easier to pay her back then.

oh no

This is Serenity - all women are model level beauties. I'm thinking that Megan Fox, Monica Bellucci or even Bree Olson could use the work.

why?

Asher's equipment is listed on his character sheet on the character thread. It is all there but he has most of it with him. I can go searching for the exact post but other than the uzis, I think there is little for you.

Fenris has two machine pistols and a shot gun. Bowman has two pistols. Neither you have any specialization in assault rifles. So I am at a loss to why you feel the need to rummage through Ash's stuff.

If you wish to stock up your character on weaponry, I suggest you make sure you do that next time no one is shooting at you in the game.

DUH!! his character sheet LOL

Ok my bad should have thought of that first.

Now according to one of Odyson’s above posts he has stated that all he has is his Spas30 and back holster, which is his Colt .22 ST Pistol I would think, along with his normal kit of pistols, which I assume are his 2 Python 6 LG Combat Revolvers or the PK12’s as such that leaves the following behind.

2 x PK12 Peacekeeper Pistols or the 2 Python 6 LG Combat Revolvers
1 x Grizzley GRZ 1 Assault Rifle
1 x Classic 22 Long Single Shot Rifle
1 x Justice Arms JC39 Assault Rifle & Shotgun
2 x Heckler Uzis

Of those weapons Wolf will take the Grizzly with all 4 mags. I will suggest to YeOlde/Andrew that he take the Justice Arms AR/SG weapon with 3 mags of AR ammo and 3 mags SG ammo to help boost his firepower. We will also take the above asked for Asher supply list and load it all up securely in the Mule.

Now Alacrity you ask why the need for an AR well that’s easy. Seeing as Wolf knows Winnie is good with long range rifles he wants a long range rifle that if she tries to reach out and touch him he can touch her right back. His MP’s and SG are nice but they are a close quarter type weapons and not good at range. As Wolf has a d6 in guns he should be able to use the AR even if he is not specifically trained in them.
