:-(
So is this the "easiest" fight you were talking about Tann?
Can you update the damage so we can tell how hurt we are?
The poison is the biggest issue for the group as we are a bit short of neutralize poisons I believe. No use curing the poison until the fight is over unless we have to.

Questions
In combat, if Kenji was to very quickly, using the haste spell upon him, withdraw away from the one attacking him to fall back to assist the other group; would he face any attacks from the ones in front? I mean he is hasted so would be moving very fast, so what is the situation there?
Could he reach the group behind in time to attack those the ones headed that way, to intercept one or any of them?
In short, could he go to their aid?

Next?????????
I know you're a bit PC challenged with your unit out for repair, but I hope you can supply some information.
Is the bug that Ulthok shoot now blinded or just one side?
If one side, which? Could help in flanking.
If it's blind that leads to different strategy. Let it flounder and attack one of the others. It might yet attack one of its own by mistake.
Is the bug that bit Ulthok too close to use the bow or can he fire off the arrows?
If ulthok goes invisible can he move and cast a spell?
I'm thinking of casting "Enlarge" on Althena, make her a giant and give her a chance to crush bugs like Sirene the Bear. Maybe even cast Polymorph on her to become a giant bear too. (Bears rule!!!!!)
Is Ulthok now too weak to "Polymorph" and become a giant bear like Sirene?

stick to the plan
Now is not the time for each character to go dashing off to do their own thing. We need to stick to the plan and hang together. Esp if we take more serious damage and need to retreat down the stairs again to heal up before taking on the remaining creatures.

Not going anywhere....
Oh, Ulthok's not dashing off, just moving to turn and cast a spell, maybe a dodge for better attack.
If he can get "Big" then that should help the attack.
Say Ulthok could cast enlarge on Cor.
We'd have our own Oxymoron, a giant Dwarve, lol.

Rawr!!
I agree with Keeper, although the idea of a pair of rampaging bears amuses me.
Sirene has one Neutralize Poison spell memorized.

Apologies to all
Been dealing with the comp issue and it's not good seems whatever happened wiped the whole comp clean of every program on it including Windows Vista. I lost every file that was on it so Trilogy right now is hurting big time till I can recreate and upload my disk saved files.
Though I got the comp back with Windows 7 on it instead of Vista there is a chance I may be getting a newer comp this week as Mom is thinking of taking this one for herself now thats it's "clean" So it may be a few days to a week+ before I'm up and running once more.
So for now Trilogy is on a short break once again as far as Maps and posts from me. Please bare with me thanks.

No problem
We will still be here when you get back up and running; well at least I will, I shouldn't speak for the others.

We will just keep attacking the critters while they stand around waiting for you to run them. Should be dead before they can attack again. Hehe

Enlarge.....
Who wants to be large and in charge?
Kenji? 10' 8" 340# one big Ninja!
Cor? 8' 2" 300# a Giant Dwarve?
Conall? 11' 340# a Pounding Paladin?
(Alteration)
Reversible
Range: 5 yds./level Components: V, S, M
Duration: 5 rds./level Casting Time: 1
Area of Effect: 1 creature or object Saving Throw: Neg.
This spell causes instant growth of a creature or object, increasing both size and weight. It can be cast only upon a single creature (or a symbiotic or community entity) or upon a single object that does not exceed 10 cubic feet in volume per caster level. The object or creature must be seen to be affected.
It grows by up to 10% per level of experience of the wizard, increasing this amount in height, width, and weight. (110% for a 11th level mage)
All equipment worn or carried by a creature is enlarged by the spell.
Unwilling victims are entitled to a saving throw vs. spell. A successful saving throw means the spell fails. If
insufficient room is available for the desired growth, the creature or object attains the maximum possible size, bursting weak enclosures in the process, but it is constrained without harm by stronger materials--the spell cannot be used to crush a creature by growth.
Magical properties are not increased by this spell--a huge sword +1 is still only +1, a staff-sized wand is still only capable of its normal functions, a giant-sized potion merely
requires a greater fluid intake to make its magical effects operate, etc. Weight, mass, and strength are affected, though. Thus, a table blocking a door would be heavier and more effective, a hurled stone would have more mass (and cause more damage), chains would be more massive, doors thicker, a thin line turned to a sizeable, longer rope, and so on.
A creature's hit points, Armor Class, and attack rolls do not change, but damage rolls increase proportionately with size. For example, a fighter at 160% normal size hits with his long sword and rolls a 6 for damage. The adjusted damage roll is 10 (that is, 6 x 1.6 = 9.6, rounded up). Bonuses due to Strength, class, and magic are not altered.
The reverse spell, reduce, negates the enlarge spell or makes creatures or objects smaller. The creature or object loses 10% of its original size for every level of the caster, to a minimum of 10% of the original size. Thereafter, the size shrinks by 1-foot increments to less than 1 foot, by 1-inch increments to 1 inch, and by 1/10-inch increments to a minimum of 1/10 of an inch--the recipient cannot dwindle away to nothingness.
For example, a 16-foot-tall giant reduced by a 15th-level wizard (15 steps) would be reduced to 1.6 feet (in nine steps), then to 6/10 of a foot or 7.2 inches (in one step), and finally to 2.2 inches (in the last five steps). A shrinking object may damage weaker materials affixed to it, but an object will shrink only as long as the object itself is not damaged. Unwilling creatures are allowed a saving throw vs. spell.
The material component of this spell is a pinch of powdered iron.

Answers @ Keeper
So is this the "easiest" fight you were talking about Tann? Well it is a HIGH LVL Campaign afterall and just think what this fight would be like if you were still trying to fight with Magical weapons doing no harm Hmmmmmmm scary
Can you update the damage so we can tell how hurt we are? Still trying to catch up on that but will have it up tonight for sure. I lost all the written down damage so I have to reroll the damage for everyone that got hit but Haila.

Giantism
If Ulthok is looking for someone to make a little larger, then Kenji would volunteer. You would have to post something to that effect letting him know what you are going to do and then do it. He would give his consent and trust Ulthok.
Another question: How long does that Haste spell last?
Edit - Reply to Tann's post: Cool, gives us more time to plan and post.
