No worries, always happy to help new players. It helps if you can get your hands on a pdf of the old AD&D books.

Regarding going after Alasdair, what choice do we have? A little downtime before we start waltzing through the 9 Hells might be nice though...

Mwuahahahaha!

The minions are finally retreating, and nicely grouped up. Sirene has fireballs up her sleeve, and Ulthok has a lightning bolt. I vote for nuking them!

Of course it's helpful if people clear the area first...

Raven's first post

It was a nice post Raven, and it's good to finally be able to deduce who's who! It's too bad, though, that the Holy Avenger Connall was wielding disappeared...

Yay

Thank, Ginafae. I couldn't really get the feeling of the character or the situation for the post, but hopefully I can get into the paladin's LG personality quickly.

Yeah I would've loved to have the Holy Avenger, but then again that would've been too soon for my liking. It would be better as a reward from Corellon Larethian after completing some highly dangerous and unselfish mission or something.

Right now Ayreon would be happy to get his hands on a weapon, any weapon at all. I think he's got a score to settle with the giants. Then again, he'd rather run with the other captives than fight though. No need to kill the giants unless they attack first, which I'm sure they will.

:D

I guess according to the giants' recipe for "Roasted Elf with a hint of gold" it's best to cook the elf in its armor to keep the fatless meat from drying up.

Well they are Hill Giants after all. Maybe they think he's a walking, two-legged tortoise or something?

True enough

Yes, that's true. Although, on that note, I would definitely have eaten the halfling before the elf (where I an evil hungry giant). Halfling-on-a-Stick is a Giant delicacy I hear...

Cuz...

She's been enslaved there for a year now. Every time she's befriended another captive they've been eaten.

and she does do all the cooking. She's had to do some horrible things while she was there.
