You know what I mean! ~Whap~

I said Men, not Humen. Bareel is still considered a ‘men‘, isn't he?

I understand everyone has to play their characters as they see fit, but I believe all of them are of Good alignment, yes?

Jessica isn’t saying that we need to treat the goblins nicely, just that we not slaughter them outright. A little rough talk might show them that we mean what we say; but if we get too rough they might panic and attack. Now remember there are still several hundred of them; they could still cause some problems for us. Problems we don’t really have time for at this time. We need to do a quick search, secure them so they can’t follow or sound an alarm. Anyone got an idea how we can lock them in?

Now, if anyone does decide that they need to start something and slaughter the goblins, know that Jessica will have an issue with that and it will only cause further delays in our mission. Not what any of us want, I don’t think.

No

It's a single large door with a hand hold at the height of a human male's chest area. This castle was not built with Goblins in mind.

I do know what you meant, Aryn...

...I was just bein' whimsical! As I said, Barreel will follow the lead of the rest where the gobbies are concerned, personal feelings about the nasty little things aside.

Have had my butt handed to me at work this week (cuz I was an idiot and attended a meeting that I usually skip out on) but, after a few hours of playing back and forth between a couple of systems, I should have some time to dedicate to posting. Keep those fingers crossed.

Behind Door #1

So does the door look like this one?

(Picture deleted)
Just so we have a better idea how we can block it to hold in the Goblins.

Hmmm starting to wonder

If maybe you have a door fetish Ody. Fetishes are not good things my friend trust me I know. Before too long you'll see them everywhere, you'll find yourself unable to open them, and in wanting to open them you'll do so not caring what's behind them. You'll forget to check for traps or if their locked magically. You'll seek out more and more doors in dark places, places you maybe should never go. Then on top of all this you'll find that one door to someplace else and find yourself trapped behind it forever. What then Ody, what then. This could be a serious problem not just for you but the party as well. You need to remember the whole picture my friend please please before this door fetish grows deeper roots.

Yes that type of door

Fetish

I though thieves usually had chest fetishes. Way to break the mold Ody!

It's All Relative.....

You know how it is.. first you start with little chests and work your way up to big door knockers!

Better be careful Ody

Those big door knockers sometimes have the ability to strike when offended

Jamb The Door.....

An Orc axe is pretty large, it could be used like this the jamb the door and lock the Goblins in the room.

(Picture deleted)

This would save a force spell.

Door

Yeah that would work but you should specify that the axe, or whatever you use to bar the door, should be on the outside. In your pic it appears on the inside, you can see the hinges. Just make sure you use a strong weapon, and wedge it good.
