And as for the vote on which path to take...whichever's safest, like Arandur said.

Alright everyone, since Cor is the party spokesperson as leader is probably not the right word when he asks for input from the party members or a vote answers like "whatever" "don't care" or "whatever the party wants" are not helpful to me as a player. If I get no meaningful input then I am stuck making my own choice when I post. If that is what you all want me to do I will make decisions but I was trying to be more Democratic and less of a dictator. Help me help you have a great game experience

I gotta agree with Keeper - choosing not to give an opinion isn't worth much. And "Whatever is safest" doesn't mean anything either. The point is that we don't know which is safest.

Keeper and Nomad are right
It should not come down to him being the one to make the call. He has chosen to go to Erebor with the Dwarf to destroy the sword. Now what if thats the wrong choice? What if the easy way is actually the more dangerous way? What if just going straight to Cirath Ungole would have been easer? You all have a vote, use it.
So unless anything changes your headed to Erebor and the forge at Kazad-Dum correct?

Erebor it is. No changes as Cor has already announced the decision.

Non-post questions
Ok I decided not to post as it would have been redundant. You’ve told the kings its Erebor and the choice is final among the party. any questions you might want to ask them or the Dwarf guide do so in the Q/A and I’ll also answer them there. All I really need to know is how you plan to travel to Erebor.
1) Will you go by foot, the safer yet more time consuming route, that should take you roughly 3 weeks. OR 2) Use a mass teleport spell, the more riskier due to the large magical signature that will be created and possibly be noticed by any close by Shadow Wraiths or the Shadow King himself. Teleport of course will get you there in seconds as your Dwarf guide knows a location within the mountain forge and can gain access through its magical shield that would normally block teleportation attempts.
Let me know and I’ll post your departure...........

I personally think Rayden and Brutus would go by foot

Can we do individual teleports to cut down the magic signature? Might take a day or two for spell memorization but still faster than walking. Or mass teleport part way and then go on foot to disguise the final destination.

Teleport
You could do all of that though it would raise a bit of attention that many single teleports. Plus the Dwarf guide would have to go back and forth as only he knows the teleport location. That be like 14 jumps for him, I have to see if thats even possible. Also doing single teleports would take more then a week if the Dwarf guide needs rest after a number of jumps.
Still party choice.......

Dwarf takes our mage on first teleport so he knows the area and we teleport the rest of the trips. Once a day and maybe to slightly differant locations.
Kind of leaning towards the teleport part way idea.

Bears in teleports... How would Brutus be sent seperately or with Rayden?
