So, I have a question for my fellow party members....how would you all feel about doing a bit of a gear share?? You know, I have this not in use who needs/wants it. Conall has a cloak of protection +2 that he can't use in conjunction w/his armor and I was thinking he'd give that to Cynil, but he doesn't have a single magic ring and Cor is holding an ROP+3 in a belt pouch...if no one else needs/wants it Conall wouldn't mind the bump to his ac or it could go to Haila she's only wearing one ring. If you're all agreeable to the prospect let's gather around and do a fast and furious gear share to make sure that all our items are being used to their fullest extent.

Not to pry, but Kenji is carrying quite a few items unused (sheaf arrows, elven cloak and such?). I hope it doesn't seem like the newbies are going through a free for all, but shuffling things around to other party members might benefit us all in the long run.

Let's get these items that aren't being used out in the open and working for us!

However Rings of Protection do not work with magical armor though it will improve the wearers saving throws.

I would like to know why Druid's don't get animal companions. Its very confusing to a home-grown 3.5 girl.

Ok, so the ROP and the Cloak don't really work for me but as a Paladin the welfare of the party should be me highest priority....so hook up another party member with better gear....I'm so down with not having to raise/res party members...the after affects of such spells can be....costly.

If you Gentlemen and Ladies want to swap items to make the characters stronger, now is a good time to do it before you move towards the Pyramid.

Just let me know who gets what so I can update the player character sheets as needed.

Thank the gods for Ulthok's amulet of life protection. According to that description, his psyche didn't leave the physical plane, it just went into his pendent. No raise dead/resurrect for him, just heal the body and let him reenter it! Woo Hoo!
Cor and Conall have been with Ulthok since the start of the game and should know about the amulet, so they can heal him instead of raising him. Ulthok shouldn't loose any Constitution from the healing.

As far as I am concered anyone who would like to use/borrow/have/trade items with Cor all they need do is ask and be willing to having "no" as a possible answer. In no way would he take any offense to being asked.

We should all take a minute to peruse our character sheets there is a lot of useful information there we could have been putting out there to help the party.

Ah… if my aging brain can recall correctly.. dispel magic does not work on a wall of force… only things like disintegrate… a rod of cancellation.. or similar devices… can bring it down before it’s duration expires…


as to the subject of gear... will gladly sit down during the rest and anyone is welcome to any of the extra gear that Kenji is carrying... he will gladly lay it out if asked and give it up as it does him no good.
