*cringe*

I hate (love) it when he does that!

Re: Father Ted... that's kind of where I was going with Murph's last bit, I guess... the dude looked really familiar but, right off the bat, Murph couldn't quite place the face. Had imagined that, at some point after introductions were made, the mechanic would get this look of realization and go... "You're that TV preacher, aren't you?"... or something along those lines, anyway.

gotcha

I figured that is what you were doing, but thought I'd post the info for the entire party.

I should mention that Teddy would be against splitting the party as he feels he should protect the lot of you. Additionally, he'd probably suggest carting the wounded over to the grocery store in a wheelbarrow or some such. 6+ more zombies is more than one guard could take. Hell I think Ive only got 6 bullets left.

heh

I'm kind. Ted has seven bullets.

Figure it out, folks, so that I can post.

Whole party = more firepower = greater survivability in a fight.

Whole party also = wounded included = less chance of successfully fleeing if it comes to that.

Jesus? And I am willing to provide an alternative answer in the case of dissent. <_<

I just think if we leave Mac/Emily behind with anyone, we are going to end up in the same situation if we have them with us if not worse.

A) We leave them behind with...someone. Zombies attack and we're separated. Both sides have less guns, injured get cut off and maybe die?

B) We take them with us. Zombies attack. We have more guns to hold out, and if we have to flee and they get left behind, it's not worse than A.

C) I sing songs of praise. Zombies attack. See the lord. Crazy sexy party.

Not trying to hijack the group of course, Teddy just sees it as his job to protect the group, and leaving the group in two separate stores is a good way to get them killed.

Plus Teddy wants food, he is an old fat man goddamnit.

Well...

Since you brought Jebus into all of this...

I think it's a bad idea to move Mac until he's been stitched. Sanitary napkins will only hold for so long.

Do we stay long enough to get him patched up then everyone head to the grocery store, load up... then head to the harbor?

Not taken that way...

...at all.

The arguments make sense... Murph would agree and is likely glad to have Teddy there to "double check him" on things like that... He's a mechanic, for the luv o Pete, not a platoon leader.

... staying together per Grugg's input makes better sense... safety in numbers and all that...

Food is good... food is close... let's get food and then go yachting.

Also... good question Meri... my initial thoughts on the party split were to "save time" and "keep from moving the wounded right away"... if we wait for Mac to get stitched up the save time bit is out the window...

Well, Id probably avoid moving the wounded if they're going to stop bleeding profusely. Get them in a state where we can move them to the grocery store. Then stage a fiesta. Tacos for all!

Waiting for Tiamat (though he can't really give much in-game input) and Malek while we're at it.

It's a toughey but i think if i can take some more of those what did they call em dradels or whatever and some ducttpae i cane make a makeshift stretcher and place mac on it. This would help with the possibility of his wounds re opening and such. (oh the things you can do with ducttape...)
