I assume from your post that your character knows Almerin's character. I am confused because you reference Jorak talking to a barkeep. I dont see Jorak talking to any barkeep in his posts. At the moment he is talking to a dark robed woman who is obviously NOT a barkeep.

Please clarify!

Hey Tak, what were you hinting at in your post? If you wanted there to be some kind of history between our characters I think it would be best if you PM me about it, or write it in this Q/A. Now I'm just confused.

Not really sure yet how to get Kit to the table, but I'm sure an opportunity will present itself.

A couple notes about Kit:

1) She's got a scimitar with her.
2) She's not wearing any armour that you can see.
3) She's dressed in a white blouse top, soft reddish-brown seude leather pants, a wide black leather belt with a ornate silver buckle, soft brown leather gloves, a chestnut-brown "swashbuckler" hat over a chestnut-brown bandana, and black leather boots.
4) She's not from around here and this is her first time in the town.
5) She's human.
6) She's in her mid-twenties.

What's the html coding if I want to post a link to a picture?

If you want to have a previous relationship with Almerin’s character you should discuss it with him prior to assuming such knowledge. It seems Almerin wishes to discuss it so you two should talk and determine how your characters know each other. If you cant come to an agreement on this then you should edit your post to remove such things. Please don’t take liberties especially with other people’s characters.

How much liberty to we have in writing conversation/action between our characters and "minor" NPCs? i.e. If I wished, could I write about a dialogue / action scene between Kit and one of the lads in the tavern? (like, some lad tries to pick her up and she goes with it for a while until he becomes a bit pushy which leads to a dual which the lad loses?)

(sorry... like I said... such a newbie when it comes to freeform.)

With minor-NPCs that you want to bring in you can have as much liberty as you want, up to and including killing them.

If it is an NPC that I introduce then only minor liberties (i.e. Order a drink or talk to the barkeep). Anything else check with me first.

Are you saying in your posts that you are sitting at the table with the dark woman? Cause your last couple of posts seem to be addressing someone who is at the table. The first one I thought you addressed Jorak when he left the table, but your last post was addressing comments made by Algrek while sitting at the table with the woman.

I went back and read your posts and I couldnt find where you stated you sat at her table. Please clarify! If you sat at her table, I think it only right to ask her or address her when you are going to sit down.

Your posts seem to be all over the place, please make sure you state your intentions clearly to avoid confusion. Thanks!

How I think I'm reading them is jorak is at the table(or is he at another, correct me on that one)they shall be easy to fix, once I figure that out.
