Oh dearie, Linnix proves herself a match to any elf's arrogance with her temper. Should we be thankful that Atharam hasn't gotten up yet?

Oh, and update: I was just scrolling past Brianna's char sheet and noticed that Bronwyn does indeed know draconic, among a boatload of other things.

Question

Can the warlock see me when I am invisible?

Answer

Yes, he can.

See the Unseen
Least Invocation; 2nd level spell equivalent

When you use this invocation, you can activate great powers of vision, allowing you to see invisible creatures and objects (as see invisibility). You also gain darkvision out to 60 feet for a period of 24 hours.

He re-cast See the Unseen on himself just prior to running from the tree-line to the gate. See invisibility for him would have a duration of 50 minutes (70 if he cast it again after the level-up) and should still be active.

Platinum hair and violet eyes? I always had the impression of Elendil being a Sun Elf. Of course with those violet eyes perhaps she has some drow blood...

Post forthcoming shortly. Just need to figure out quite how Aelistae is going to react to all this...

Hmm, first time I think Aelistae has been genuinely angry.

I chatted to Jozan who said he'd have Xaris shove his potion down Aelistae's throat after seeing that she was blind. So I took some liberties and wove that part in at the beginning of the post.

Wow... simply.. Wow

I'm absolutely amazed by this... this forthcoming exchange and the emotion involved.. Bravo to all.

I plan to update Character sheets, info, CD points and update on behalf of Bart (Who now at 6th level has accrued the Leadership feat.)And his response to all that's gone on will surprise some people I think given his typical nature.

However don't let me stop you yet, If I'm left with the perfect opening, I'll just post a STOP POST line in the game thread for a moment.

gonna call Tek and hopefully get his imput here too, know his life's been hectic round x-mas time.

Anywho, I'll be working alot of behind the scenes stuff over the next couple days, so if you see new links or threads pop up it's all for preparation of things to come.

Again kudos to all!

Just as a side note...

You might want to note that Linnix is proficient with the scythe now I'm pretty sure, so has +6 to attack

The ever-dagerous bard.

Dylan has taken up a standard level of Bard, and thus can now suggest (DC 17) that future confrontations be discussed over an ale before the actual fighting begins XD.
Other than that, I have the Sudden Extend Metamagic feat which allows me to 1/day double the duration of a spell I am casting without having to prepare/take extra casting time it or use a higher level slot. No new spells, but I can sing up an extra 2nd level/day now.
Glee.

Hey Linnix

You did not win the battle with the Arrogant Elf. She just refused to have a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent.

'N'Tel'Quess' literally means 'Not The People' or 'Not People'. It is used as a way for elves to refer to any non-elf, but it pretty condescending. It's also only marginally better than 'iblith' which is the drow for non-drow, but which also translates as 'excrement'.

That's what Aelistae's point was.

Oh and Corellon didn't 'order' Eilistraee into exile and becoming a Goddess of hope for the Drow. She chose to do so against his wishes. Largely because she disagreed with the cursing of all drow in the first place.

But it doesn't really matter.

In other news...

I seem to recall some people saying that they had language slots free that they hadn't used yet etc. If anyone wants to, you could ask Aelistae about learning drow, or better yet 'drow silent'. I want to have some finger-waggling conversations.
