Sorry for bringing this up. But, given the amount of posts, it seems I wasn't the only one who was thinking about it.

Just to make it clear, I think Atharam and his followers would receive a full share. Aelistae has seen the sacrifices they made to liberate the keep, and it was their initial move that provided the opportunity for the assault.

If Bronwyn had tactfully asked, it would have been difficult to refuse too, as her contribution with her magic was invaluable.

But for Elendil to do so, is frustrating. The first thing that our characters saw her doing was looting (call it 'gathering evidence' if you will, but it's still looting). When asked to explain she responded by in a rude and haughty manner. When confronted she walked off in a huff without further explanation or apologies. And then when we're all gathered again she demands a share of the loot because she fired one arrow. I resent the implication that what I did in Aelistae's post was metagaming, as there are plenty of in character reasons for her acting as she did.

Anyway, I look forward to your post Chris, and the matter being resolved.

Bronwyn

Well just a comment on your comments Ginafae. Bronwyn being who and what she is would never have asked on her own. She really knows nothing about sharing loot. She really never wanted to get into this fight directly but used what she had while keeping herself as safe as possible under the circomstances. In a moment of anger she agreed to move forward with Elendil who wanted to help out only after Buttercup was slain. ANyway enough of that for now you as a character would not know this anyway.

What I need to know is where certain people were at the moment Elendil came over to Bronwyn while she was healing Fate.

Aelistae mentioned che came over to where Elendil stood with her wand in hand. I know Aelistae shanged some of her post so I don't know if that still occured. I really can't post her reaction until I can find that out.

Bronwyn might be shocked to see a Drow with a wand in her hand standing behind Elendil. She is easy started by strange things and this ia all very strange to a girl raised on a farm until magic awoke and then living with and old wizardess as her sole companion. trading housework and care for her training. Poor girl this is all so strange. U have yet to figure out her reactions when she sees the Drow in the flesh, so to speak.

Anyway someone please tell me so I can bring Bronwyn along the time line.

No I didn't change that part. She should still see Aelistae there.

I thought DM's last post was referring to a time when he had gathered together again after performing funeral rites, fetching horses etc. After I noticed she was referring to an earlier moment, I deleted that part.

But it should be self-explanatory by reading through her post(s).

We still don't know what (if anything) we'll get as loot, but I was wondering if others would agree to keeping a share of the loot as 'party gold'? So, for instance, rather than dividing 500 gold 4 ways, we'd divide it 5. The 100 gold that goes into the party coffers would be used for raising dead, other healing costs, party consumables etc.

Can I see you?

Kaelyn or Ginafae:

Would see Aelistae scale the wall, or notice the subsequent conversation with Linnix, from my usual perch on the roof?

Up to you really.

If you want Talus to see her, then make it so (as Captain Picard might say).

???????

Huh! as player I would like to know what is happening.

I have been waiting for Kaelyn to give me information that I needed to continue on with what was happening at the Keep before The Queens visit. It was supposed to lead to Elendil having to go to Aelistae to get some information.

Now Aelistrae and Linnix are running off without the rest of the group at a unspecified time after the Queen's visit.

I don't know what's so complicated about it. There's a week (a tenday?) between the battle ending and the Queen-Monarch's visit and ceremony. So Elendil has all that time to talk to Aelistae if she wants to.

I have been waiting for information.

As I said in the previous post, I was waiting for Kaelyn to give me information that would lead me to dealing with Aelistae. I am still waiting a week later, underestanding that Christmas time is a busy time for everyone.

Also, you did not answer my question and to what is going on with your last ingame post.

Dragon Mistress

Loved the post, just didn't quite understand the last couple sentences...
If you don't have a device? I'm not sure I understand.. It seems you're suggesting a coat of arms, a banner, like the one I described on the back of the Green cloaks. The outpost is still under the jurisdiction of Tethyr, as such including the monarchy's herald of the gryphon seemed a necessity, while including the scarlet rose, for indeed, the rose symbolizes a group of indivduals in service to Lord Bartholomew, who in turn is in service to the crown.

Though Navy and black with a fiery phoenix trialing roses does make an imposing banner.. Perhaps down the line should for whatever reasons you see fit to try and 'break away' from the crown, it could be the standard for a whole new nation? But I digress, and am getting excited and ahead of myself and the game lol..

Tangential

I wish Talus and Atharam could trade Detect spells for a few minutes. Might make the warlock a bit less paranoid. Eh... maybe not.

Kaelyn, could you post the drawing / map of the keep to the Base of Operations thread once we get to a place where we're actively building & remodeling? I'm having a hard time keeping the layout of the place in my mind.

Also, I'm sending Talus' level 6 character sheet to you again, I think it got lost in the mail while you were away for the Holidays. We did level, right? Or did I put a bit too much rum into the eggnog a couple weeks ago?

Yes he is a bit paranoid.

A map of the keep would be good. It'd be nice to know what the Keep has in terms of rooms/buildings.

ok

I added the map to the first post of the Bse of Operations Thread.

There is also the basement, currently accessible only through the baily's 'well' which doesn't yet have a map, but that's really a simple rectangular room. Perfect for the turning into a mutlitude of things.

As Ginafae asked, initial exploration of the basement, while showing a few cracks in the foundation or quick repairs, does not seem to have any viable exits entrances, holes or otherwise that might have provided a means for say, the drow to enter.

If anyone would like..

If anyone would like to break down the map into individual rooms via graph paper and scanning, paint or some other dungeon builder, assign them numbers and what not, I'll give each room it's own section, and reward those who help with bonus CD's. My scanner's on the frits and since I had to reload my computer awhile back due to a virus I no longer have any of the programs that I used to for dungeon building.
