I wouldn't choose No. 3 since it looks vaguely drow-ish. No. 1 I'd say, since Althena always comes across as quite straight-laced.

Nope, it's ok. I've referred to her blue eyes several times in my posts so far, so it'd be a bit weird if they suddenly became green.
