Phantasmal Killer is unlikely to kill the Beholder.

Summon swarm is a possibility, but I'm not sure you can easily distract a blob with 1 big eye and 10 other smaller ones. Besides, I'd rather do as much damage as I can to it as quickly as I can.

Ulthok can go rogue too and attack on his own, but a group attack should be more effective.

The Q/A has been quiet over the last couple of days. If people know what they are going to do, I'd be grateful if you could share (largely so that we can avoid what happened last week).

Lothor intends to do whatever he is told, being new to the group and all. He will follow Cors instructions over anyone elses.

Nothing much Ayreon can do from afar. When teleported, he can either shoot at the Beholder or the orcs keeping the flesh wall in place. Suggestions?

As of now there is no "plan" Cor is too frustrated with the continued disregard of plans. He is simply going in to try to reduce "colateral damage" by healing any injured.

Clearly you guys and ladies need more time to figure this out so I'll delay my next post till next Wednesday. That way you'll have another week to figure out how your gonna do this.

In the absence of a better plan, let's have Weaver and Ulthok teleport the rest of the party either behind or to the side of the Beholder.

It would be a good idea if as many of us can be made invisible as is possible (perhaps improved invisibility on Ulthok and Weaver and the two remaining invisbility spells on whoever you think is deserving of it).

I'm not sure if we'll be able to anything other than range attacks on the beholder, and we run a constant risk of hitting its human shield even then. Also, we will be exposed to its stalks. But, it still seems like the best plan.

No, enough time is not the issue. Even waiting another week we are still going to have folks doing what they have posted; there is no more planning to do. I would like to get the attack started so we can at least move on.

Most people haven't posted at all. So it seems as if time is the issue.

I agree that whatever we do it's going to be messy, but we should at least attempt to minimize the hurt as best we can.

Sirene has gone off on her own, Rayne has fired, Cor is walking in along with Valene and Weaver is teleporting.

I just got home at Midnight and I wasn't able to keep up while I was out of town.

Ayreon would like to be teleported as well. The walk would take way too long for his liking.

Lothor finds himself in a moment of indecision. He can challenge himself against a new foe and hone his fighting skills, which is what he wants to do.

However, Cor is running off on his own in order to help the humans, Lothors kinsman.

Basically, I can't decide which to do has anyone got any suggestions!
