Subject: yeh yeh... sure they do
I look around the area and have a quick think, "well i've been going up this way" I say as i point westward "i'm not sure why, it just seems like there's something in that direction, and i'd like to get moving, it seems there may be someone following us".

Subject: yes, freddo's as in the chocolate frog... not to be confused with hp chocy frogs
I relax a bit, not actually being able to use my full senses as I can in my neko form but at least i can use my bow in human form.
I look down from the branch and laugh
"Yes, I have a name, I havn't needed it for a while, being alone for a time makes you almost nameless, because of the lack of people that need to know, but I am called Churhry Kuhji, my parents used to call me Chur for short, before they found out i wasn't what they expected, after that they just called me 'boy' or 'kid'" Climbing down off the tree I thhought it might be a good idea to know the figure's name, calling him 'the figure' might insult him if I said it aloud
"And may I ask for your name?"
I draw my bow and take aim at a small rabbit, but before I release the arrow, I think to check if I already have enough food.

Subject: Silver Eyed Black Dragon
Character Profile
Name: Synthos (Sin - thos)
Age: 18 human years (162 in dragon years)
Hair colour: dragons don't have hair, but i have black scales.
Eye colour: Silver
Species: Dragon
Weapons: Blue flames, claws, teeth.
Bio: Brought up in a distant land to the newly raging war, had plenty of years to train and the other dragons gave me plenty of chances to hone my skills, i soon became one of the top pure dragons of my age, my blue flame stronger than a normal dragon flame, silver eyes letting me see more and better, black scales making me invisible at night. In my young years i had found a large onyx stone to protect the dragon weakness, it has barely been damaged and i wouldn't have this chance if i didn't kill my own parents at birth, hatched from my egg and covered them in blue flames.
First entry:
Finally flying away from my home felt relieving, over the seas and to the other side of the world, to where there are some dragons disguised as half breeds. My first stop was Whinahin, knowing there was someone there i had to speak to, a small problem was finding him. Flying around i think i see who i'm looking for. Hovering above him I think to myself, I've found him, i land beside him and walk. "Hello there Kaven, I am Synthos, i have been sent to aid you in re-populating us dragons" Looking upwards i say under my breath "dreams are strange things".

Subject: cocoa puffs are good but freddo's just rule
Lying here, my paw pulsing with pain, the figure holding weapons with his back to me in a defense stance tells me he wants to protect me, i check my paw, i notice that the broken nail had come off i smile and return to my human form. I check my hand, barely any nail left on one finger. Sighing I climb a tree and croach(not sure on spelling) on a branch, cat-like balance keeps my steady, i grab my almost forgotten bow and arrows out of my bag and lock an arrow in place, checking around for any attackers, I look down to the figure and whisper "thank you".

Subject: another scent near by
I slowly creep closer, sniffing, but i also smell another scent, this second scent seems familiar yet i know it isn't.
I keep my eyes on the figure in front, he's talking again. At least i know what gender he is now. I want to respond but in this form it is hard, so i stay quiet.
His voice is friendly and his scent is, he is away from his weapons and he is in a friendly stance, i move a little closer, still hurting, but not quite as much, i'm finally out the river, moving up the bank, it's muddy and wet, my claws on my feet help me move, I tread on a small loose rock, it falls into the water, i start to fall, i throw my fore-paws in front of me, trying to grab someone or something to stop me falling, i put my good paw behind me to try and balance myself, not realising i'm leaving my bad paw in front of me.

Subject: stream
I look up the bank, noticing a figure, the sun is behind them so i cannot see, i can tell they're trying to be friendly and they have no weapons, not close enough for them to lure me into a trap with.
I move slightly closer and keep my broken nail hidden, my wounds still ache and the water isn't going to help that much more.
I notice the friendly stance of the figure, and the smile on their face, i can tell they want to help, i move closer, but slowly, not being able to move fast because of the pain.

Subject: sorry for the wait, starting now
Thinking back at my past when I had killed my parents hadn't helped me much, it still didn't give me the strangth to go on, my injury is bad and I had only just killed the hunter, this one was trained better than the ones before, which means one of two things; this was a higher rank, or they had a new general.
Stumbling into a stream, I wash myself, the pain announcing it's presence with every movement, a few claws on my hand had broke, which means I can't change back into my human form until I remove the tips, but I need a dagger or a knife to do that. Stuck in my neko form, alone in a stream, barely being able to move but at least I'm clean and the cool water should sooth my wounds a little bit. Looking around I see a cave, not thinking of whose cave it is could be a mistake but i need shelter, if i'm lucky it's a lonely male bear and I may be able to reason with it for the night, if i'm really lucky it's empty and it won't belong to anyone, finally reaching the cave, I look inside, no smell of a bear, no bear fur around, still dark near the back, someone or something may be inside, I manage to make a friendly mewing sound.

Subject: OOC answers
some good questions there, and i will try to answer them:
Churhy's neko ability can sometimes sense when there is a threat.
his mother's mother was the same as him but she hid it from her entire family, she had died before he was born so he does have thoughts that he was adopted before his parents knew about him.
What is their political standpoint and how are they gathering followers? Whit is the highest point of authority and they gather followers from lying about the (as you put it) halflings and thirdlings by saying they have raided the small villages and slaughtered innocent humans.
Was there another war that has left the country in destitute and the dictator swooped in finding a scap goat in the halfling (or thirdlings (: ) race? No, Whit's great granfather was a great politician and Whit's grandfather and father had'nt been intereasted in politics at all but Whit was and was attacked at a young age by a female neko, the reason was unknown, but he had this assumption that only humans could treat humans properly and only humans should be treated properly, any half breeds were to be killed according to him, and when he had gained power, he made it the law.
What is thier basis for going after the mixed group? Whit is ashamed of being attacked at a young age and so makes up the reason "they are not of this world, they are trying to wipe out the human race"
Is it just magic creatures in general? No, only those who have multiple species in their blood.
What makes a Neko character Neko? being part human, part cat, the more human you are, the less neko characteristics you have, it is rare to be able to fully transform like Churhry can, but he is still classed as part neko.

You say that there is a government but is there also a revolution brewing? At the moment it is a small revolution, small enough not to be noticed but it expanding could just be up to the players.
Why are all the Hunters male? Is this new Government also sexist? No, it is because most women do not like the hunting and killing, but some do and they have been smart and gone a different path, and now have higher ranks.

OOC: first story so please bare with me.
Story:
A rough time in Syfile, a former land of peace. A new government has come around, the hunters have come out of hiding and are out to hunt nekos (1/2 cat, 1/2 human), elves(surely you know) and Draglets(1/3 human, 1/3 dragon, 1/3 elf).
The Governmental leader, Whit Shank, has just obtained his position and is abusing it to wipe out any half-humans.
Under his command are 3 groups: Hunters, Spies and law enforcers.
Characters:
against new government:
Name: Churhry Kuhji
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Weaponry: claws and teeth in neko form.
Position: on the run
Power: can change into a neko (cat-like) and has almost perfect eyesight
Appearance: long black hair with odd purple highlights, 5'8" tall and average build, silver eyes and always wears black.
History: killed his parents in self defense when they found out his powers, is on the run from neko hunters, his mother and father were human and despised any kind of "supernatural powers".
Attitude: friendly to strangers, kind to friends and quite selfless, would be willing to put his life in danger for friends, is known to seriously injure or kill enemies, but can take a joke - sometimes.
