Subject: Freddos? as in frogs?

Akoria smiled widely as she watched the human fall into a defensive stance. It told her two things, one: he was efuinitley ex-milatary if not still and two: he was defending a hal-breed.
She watched them closely as the Neko picked up a weapon as well. They must have heard about the hunters in the nearbye town, she thought. Suddenly she froze. What if she'd been followed? Perhaps the neko had sensed something...or maybe she'd been sensed. Could the two be trusted?
Akoria decided to wait and follow them from a distance to ensure both her own and their safety.

OOC: My char isn't coming over yet cause I won't be able to acess the net for a while, didn't want to leave her hanging so she'll just be following k?

As the hunters mounted their horses, tossing the unconcious neko on the back of one, Akoria stopped. A familiar tang tickling her nostrils.
Neko blood.
She'd smelt it once before, not too long ago. A neko had been injured by a hunter, the scared creature yowling for help. Akoria ran her hand over a large scar on her shoulder remembering how she'd finally snapped, smacking the hunter so hard he collapsed. The neko muttered his thanks and ran off, leaving Akoria to face the music when the other hunters arrived. She'd been punished for her betrayal.
Betrayal? She thought to herself as she looked back towards the village. Traitor? What was she really? She hated the agents but had no choice to work for them. The leader of the group who killed her parents had spared her life and in doing so had forced the draglet to pledge her life to him. A lifedebt, one of her people's almost forgotten customs. Her parents had always told her how important it was and now she was serving the people who killed them because of it.
Talk about cruel irony.

"Sir," she said to the tall hunter. He looked at her with contempt. He would have killed the creature instantly but he had heard how they were perfect hunters and their silly 'lifedebt' andhad taken a chance. Fourteen halfbreeds to his capture record had validated his decision.
"What is it?" he asked.
"May I stay a while? I remember this place as a child. I wanted to go for a walk." the draglet hoped the human wouldn't see her lie. He didn't.
"Be back at base in an hour, halfbreed." he said simply before he and the others left.

Akoria travelled back through the town and through thick woods for several hundred metres, the smell of blood getting stronger with each step. Finally she crept close to a river, seeing two figures standing by it. She focused on them. One looked and smelt human and the other was neko for sure, injured. She decided to stay back and watch them. But she could smell something about the human that had attracted her here more then the neko's blood. Seeing his stance as the neko approached him, she knew she was right. He was a fighter, weapons at his side even better he smelt of the government. Perhaps he could help her break her debt...

Subject: Meanwhile, in the nearbye town...

A town sits a few hundred metres from the Neko's house, slightly run down and common, it had few traders. In fact there was only two traders in town, a general store and a pub, the rest were bent and broken houses, only just holding up to the test of time.

It was a perfect place to hide.

Akoria walked down the main street, a long dark cloak over her shoulders despite the day being mildly warm. She usually kept the hood up in order to hide her features but in this town refugees were common.
Akoria, however, was not here to hide. She looked up and down the street, noticing the emptiness of it before she entered the pub. There were several people inside, human except for one. Akoria could smell him even though he sat in the darkness of the corner.
She quickly crossed the pub floor and stood by the table.
"Fenix Wimser I assume?" she said just loud enough for him to hear. The neko looked up, his feline-ic appearance obvious even in his human form.
"WHatdaya want?" he snarled. The draglet put her clawed hand on her hip, revealing the longsword at her waist.
"Your complete attention," she said, "The government are here and they want you. Now if you-" before she could finish the man was up on his feet and bolting out the pub door so quick, he was on the street by the time the girl was halfway to the door.
"Dammit," she hissed.

The other occupants simply ignored her as she burst out the door, crossing the street and entering the dark alley across from it.
"Stop, Wimser!" she ordered, the neko transformed and trying to calculate the jump to the roof.
"Get away from me government scum! You're a traitor to your kind!" Akoria frowned.
"I'm trying to help you, the agents are outside the town to the west and if you follow my advice then you can get away safe." The neko looked at her.
"Why would you help me?"
"Because I hate-" she was interupted.
"GOod job Baklaw," came a greasy voice from behind her. The two creatures turned to see several agents, weapons raised.
"Traitor," hissed the neko as several sleeper darts hit his neck before he could even move. Akoria watched as the tranq worked quickly and the neko slid to the ground.
"Another nail in your traitorous coffin huh Baklaw?" said a tall agent with a grin. He watched as the agents walked over, restraining the sleeping Neko.
"Oh," he said before they left the alley, "What were you saying? You hate...?"
"Letting down my country, sir," said the Draglet with a glare.
"Good," nodded the agent.
