Topic: The Day They Woke Up on the Wrong Side of Reality
Subject: Two kills for the win.

After felling his first opponent, Ben turns to the skeleton that had managed to get a hit on him. With fury, he swings his axe at its head to finish off the battle for good. He was glad he was able to protect his friends from harm this time and planned to keep it that way until they could protect themselves from harm.

Subject: Face my blade!

Though he wasn't expecting more enemies to come at them, he was certainly ready to fight them. This time he would make sure that no one else was hurt. Ben pushed towards the skeletons and with a quick swing of his arm he added power as he tried to break the skull of the skeleton standing in front of his friend Jeremy. (Power Attack) His goal was to draw its attention to him so that it wouldn't try to take a swing at his friend.

"Go back to where you came from you abominations!" he yelled out menacingly.

He was sure that undead such as these were immune to taunts and such, but he had to give it a try anyways.

Subject: Nani!?

Ben frustrated with his finds decides to leave it be and go see what Owen had found. Upon walking into their room and seeing their wounds covered up he began to think if the same would happen to his.

"Healing potions? This sure is a strange world we have landed in," he commented.

He grabbed one and uncorked it, quickly pouring it into his mouth. He swallowed it and waited for something to happen.

"I wouldn't say it has the best taste, needs more spice," he said.

Moments later his face turned to shock and the searing pain ran through his body. He fell over onto his side in pain from the potion healing his body. Suddenly it stopped and he stood up again.

"Man I thought I was going to die there for a second, I feel better though," he said, "I feel like I could take on another hundred zombies if I wanted to!"

(Note: The pain is exaggerated, due to awesomeness.)

Subject: Ah a fine rusty axe to suit my purpose!

Upon entering the room, Ben quickly spotted a battleaxe among the other weapons in the room, and hastily claimed it for himself before the others got a chance to touch it.

"I think this axe will suit me fine enough, if only it wasn't in such rough shape though, I would be able to put it better use for longer," Ben commented.

He lowered it to his side and then decides to search what is behind the wooden door to the left.

"To think we would end up in a place like this huh? I wonder why we appeared here of all places," Ben conversed, "I don't have anything against showing up in a tomb, but something a little more nicer would have been better."

He was slightly tired and was irritated that they had not gotten out of here yet. He wasn't too fond of dark places with very little light, but he couldn't complain, at least he was with his friends.

Subject: In pain but still kickin.

Ben simply winced but held himself together after the blow. He was tired of being hit with such primitive attacks, so he decided to strip them of that power. He aimed carefully at the wrist of the zombie he was engaged in and struck down at it in hopes to knock its left hand right off.

Subject: The zombie, a well known enemy.

Ben realizing what it is at the last moment gains a look of surprise, but knows that he must not hesitate or risk being hurt by such a monster. He had fought with zombies before, knew their strengths, their weaknesses, and yet this was the first time coming into actual combat with one.

He raised his re-lit torch into the air again and aimed sololy for the head. He hoped to knock out some teeth with this shot so Ben threw more power into it over actually hitting it.

(Power Attack 1 point)

Ben raises his torch, not seeming to care that it had gone out. He continued by swinging down at the skeletons skull.

"Where do we go? We go on an adventure of course!" Ignis exclaims, "we shall hike across mountains, traverse through jungles, cross giant lakes and fight giant squids, it sounds exciting doesn't it?"

She smiled with glee at the thought of a chance to finally get out of the city. She didn't want to think too much about her new enemies, but was ready to combat them whenever they encountered the shadowy creatures again.

"Say Ita, where should we be traveling to next? Or is that something we need to go research?" she asked.

Ben bolts in, following Galen in tow, taking up the spot next to him. He thought about what he could do, and seeing as their strength was attacking through scratches and clawing he decided that he would take that away from them.

With his torch he pulled back and swung at the one in front of him, aiming to destroy one of its hands with the torch. He put as much power into as he could, so that he would be sure that it destroyed the skeletal hand in one swing, or at least make it fall off.

Subject: Shaken yet Thrilled, Ben continues down the hall with excitement for Adventure!

Ben let out a deep sigh to semi-calm his excitement.

"Haha, thrilling, absolutely thrilling," he panted, "Hey, Owen, you alright back there?"

He waited for a reply from him before continuing down the hall. He would have to be more cautious now that he realized they were in danger. It had been a while since he had been in the heat of battle, but he knew that he hadn't lost his touch, and knew he would only improve from here.

This is great, I finally get to embark on an adventure in a foreign land, this is something I've always wished for.

He kept his torch outstretched in front of him so that he could see as far as the light would allow them to see.

He reacted slowly to the attack, but much to his luck the meatless enemy had only scratched him. Ben held his torch strong and stood in a stance to combat the skeletons that stood before them.

"Stand back everyone, I cannot be harmed by such weak attacks, so let them strike at me instead!"

Ben then swung forward with the torch at the one directly in front of him.

Topic: The Day They Woke Up on the Wrong Side of Reality
Subject: Ben needs to explore!

Ben looks around at his surroundings carefully.

How the hell did I get here? Last time I checked I was sleeping in a nice soft bed... not on stone. Is this a dream?

He then moved over to Ian and pinched him while he was still in a daze. Ben sighed as Ian flinched in reaction.

Nope, not a dream.

Ben quickly pulled a torch off the wall and continued to proceed through the exit in a need to get out and explore their location.

"Anyone that feels like exploring with me, is free to follow," he tells them, exiting the room.
