Miv followed Jessica and froze. Erina sat by another girl. She had black eyes but thta was all that Miv saw.
Angel. Her mind screamed the word over and over and Miv took a few steps back, away from the holy creature.

Miv had awoke not long after Erina had left. She was sitting there, curled up, when the panther raced up. Miv looked up.
"What is it Jessica?" She asked, jumping up.
Something told her Jessica wasn't just returning. Miv walked to the panther and kneeled in front of it.

Caria moved away from the group. Somehow, she knew Eanna was planning something that would involved getting herself killed.

Subject: Months Later
Caria waited for Eanna by the river they had met at. As it turned out, Eanna and her had much in common. So Caria and she had become close friends.
But Eanna was late at thir meting spot today. She usually found a way to tell her when she was going to be late or wasn't going to show. Nothing had come yet and Caria was getting a little worried.
When the sky started turning dark, Caria gave up and started home. "Great. Just don't show up Eanna." Caria muttered to herself.
Suddenly, someone hand was on her shoulder and over her mouht. "I don't think your friend will over show." A voice whispered in her ear. Caria struggled alittle but her captor was stronger.
"Come child." The voice whispered and Caria felt her feet leave the floor. The world seemed to fly by, as if they were in fast foreward. The hand pulled off her mouth and under her, so Caria looked into her captor's face. He had shaggy red hair and lime eyes. Caria stared into his face until they stopped and he looked at her. She wasn't sure what to do.
"Evrin." Caria knew that voice. Eanna stepped out of the house they'd stopped in front of. Caria stared at her. Eanna looked so different from the last time she'd seen her.
Eanna's eyes filled with horror. "NO! I-I can't! Evrin, that's Caria. My friend." She said and her eyes flickered to the man's face.
"So you are weak, Eanna." he replied smoothly. Eanna didn't respond. Caria looked between them until Evrin leaned over. "Then I will." The last thing that registered in Caria's mind was Eanna's scream. Then her world went black.

Caria looked up at Parsman. "What happens when they get killed?" She asked quietley, so only he could hear.
"Don't lie to me either. How are three vampires supposed to stand up and fight so many? And how can you just let Russett run off? I don't know what you're thinking, but I'm not letting my sister go on a suicide mission!"
Caria struggled against him. She didn't want Eanna to run off and kill herself.

Erina, with her black wings and hair, could be as pleading as needed. Yet she had just given up finding out this man's true identity.
D'Artigo was different. He seemed so unlike the vampires she used to know.
They played this game, toying with each other. "Could you two just do what you're both thinking about and leave me in peace?" She growled.

Miv watched Erina fly. She had always been amazed at how different they could be.
Miv looked back at the vampire. "I don't need someone who will be obsessed with getting closer to women." She said clearly, her voice stronger tha when she had dicovered the tradgedy.
"But I know when I need help. And I know that you are the best I will get. But... pull your mask and hood back. I need to see your face. And that's not a plea. It's a comand."

Miv woke up with her head pounding paifully. She couldn't see for a few seconds, but her eyes adjusted and she looked around. It was dark and musty, smelling of rot. She wondered for a second until she remembered. The Lycan attack, running to the cellar...
The others were not awake so she crept to the cellar exit and opened it. Miv wished to the gods she hadn't. Bodies littered the floor, the castle walls were ruins. Blood called to her but repelled her at the same time. People she knew were scattered among severed limbs and ruins of the castle.
Miv closed the door and started crying. "Wake up! The castle is destroyed, everyone is dead!" She cried and hid her face in her arms.
