Generally, speech bubbles are ordered from top to bottom, the highest bubble is the first speaker and the speech bubbles responding to, or spoken next are below the previous bubbles.
The group shot isn't good for more then four bubbles, which is my fault.

No, it's not my screen. The colors are off. (compared to the original) It's no big deal, just something I noticed.
Edit: Saw Olan's comment. This issue should be fixed with later strips I sent you. If it continues, I may have to investigate.

With Grugg's avatar, I to decided to go very hairy, because it seemed like a good idea. The final version may be even hairier.
A note: I'm going to focus on requests for single characters first and then move on to the multiple character images later. This will allow me to burn through a few of these requests right away.
