Topic: Star Trek: No Good Deed Q&A
Subject: about uniforms

One question:

Do our uniforms have pockets? I'd like to think of Silvia having a number of odd but useful objects in her pockets like rubber balls (for testing for forcefields) or tough cord or something. Sort of like the Forth Doctor (the one with the scarf that he had a million uses for and had a bunch of odds and ends in his pockets for handling any situation).

Topic: To boldly go (again) where no one has gone before...
Subject: Introducing Silvia Landor

Okay, lieutenant [Junior Grade] Silvia Landor reporting for duty.

Human clone from the Mariposan colony (from the episode The Long Ladder... you know, the one where Riker and Polaski kill a pair of partially-formed clones of themselves because they didn't like the idea of someone out there sharing their DNA without their permission) joined Starfleet to see the galaxy and help her home colony better understand how the Federation works (understandably, quite a few people in the colony have an unflattering impression of Starfleet but have to work to advance their status in the galaxy).
